Yep, I must confess it's only 23x10 ft (7x3 m), but...
* Very well-located:
- 6 blocks away from the most important corner in Cordoba city (Patio Olmos mall).
- 6 blocks from the Nuevocentro Shopping.
* Truly Comfortable:
- 2 twin size sommiers, that can be turned to 1 king size and you won't notice that they are 2 (thanks to our mattresses' cover).
- A very comfortable executive armchair that you'll enjoy while either working, or just relaxing.
* Fully equipped:
- 6 Mb Internet Wi-fi connection.
- Wireless phone with a fixed line and free local calls to fixed lines.

Great Location
Wonderful stay in Cordoba City! Han met us at the studio and helped us get settled. Excellent location, close to everything. Thanks again to Han who is an wonderful host.

Very prepared place, Very thoughtful owner.
The place basically had everything I needed while I just arrived South America for the first time. Power plug converter, unlocked cellphone(although I didn't need it), dvd player with discs and a membership card of a movie rental place(I didn't use it, but just mentioning it to show how thoughtful the owner was), full kitchen, tour books and everything was prepared. It's location was good, walking distance to everywhere.
Han offered more help and recommendations during my stay, but sadly I couldn't reply him much because I was having a very busy and messed up trip because of my own problems.
Han's place was definitely excellent!!!

Excelente
Fomos muito bem recebidos, Aníbal nos atendeu muito bem e resolveu todos problemas que tivemos ( sou alérgica a poeira e tivemos que fazer a limpeza do ar condicionado, que foi rapidamente efetuada). O apartamento é ótimo e muito bem equipado, recomendaria com certeza !

Great Little Spot
We have to start this review talking about the host Anibal. He was nothing but accommodating from beginning to end.
The booking was quick and easy.
Our bus was an hour late arriving in Cordoba but that didn't seem to be an issue. When I Whatapped him to let him know we were in town he said he was at the apartment waiting for us.
Our bus leaving Cordoba didn't leave until 10:45pm. Check out is at 10am. He did not have any other guests arriving so we were allowed to stay longer. This was fantastic because after a day out and about I really wanted a shower before we took our 9 hour bus ride to BA.
And you know what??? Anibal is just a swell guy. He talked with us at check-in and check-out.
The location here is good. We had enough bars and restaurants to chose from within a mile of the studio.
The space is small but I knew that going in so it was fine.
We slept with the window open all 3 nights and it is a little noisy but that is to be expected. I imagine if you closed the window and ran the air you would have no idea you were staying on such a busy street.

About the neighborhood
What I love the most about this area, is its convenience.
It's plenty of stores around, which supply all what's needed for a stay, whether it's short or long.
The core of Cordoba's nightlife takes place not right there, but a few blocks away. Far enough for not being disturbed if you need to work or study, or when you just want to relax and/or sleep, but close enough to get there in a few minutes if you want to "join the party".
In here, you'd stay within walking distance to the city's most attractive areas: Centro, Güemes, Nueva Córdoba, and Alberdi.
Getting around
It's very well-connected with public transportation, having +10 lines passing within a 500 m range. Most buses to the hills (where there are plenty of villages offering a vast diversity of natural and cultural attractions), also go past within that distance, and take you to the Sierras in less than an hour.

How to get there
If you want to find the exact location of the building, then you should search for "Torre Malmö".
If you come from the airport and with some rest of time and energy, you can take the Aerobus, which will leave you just 2 blocks away from the apartment, in between 30 and 60 minutes (depending on the traffic). A taxi from there should take 20-30 minutes, and cost less than 10 dollars.
From the train or bus station, the best option is to either walk or take a taxi. The distance is 2.4 km from the bus station, and 2.5 km from the train station. A taxi should cost less than 5 dollars, and take 10-20 minutes to the Torre Malmö, depending on the traffic.
If you come by car, you can park in the street, and there's a parking lot 2 blocks away.
