The master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom (bidet and whirlpool tub), features a Queen sized bed, 42” large screen LCD TV with Direct TV (HBO included), multi format Blue ray DVD player and a private balcony with city view. The second bedroom also has city vistas, 26” flat screen TV with Direct TV (HBO included), CD/DVD player, XBox360, private en-suite bathroom and is equipped with twin beds that may be combined to form an extremely comfortable queen sized bed. The kitchen is contemporary in style with granite counters, a 4 burner gas range with infra-red cooking plate, dish washer, electric oven, microwave, N’espresso coffee maker, wine cooler and all modern conveniences. The rear terrace features pleasant outdoor seating/dining for 4 and boasts a large modern style parilla (charcoal grill) for outdoor barbecuing. An additional dependencia off the terrace is equipped with a shower/bathroom and washer/dryer. There is a private entrance for deliveries and service personnel, through a separate elevator.
Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit and for the winter, the apartment possesses its own heating system with individual radiator units throughout. The best district within Buenos Aires, Recoleta boasts all the finest hotels, shops, parks and restaurants. The famous Recoleta cemetery where Eva Péron and several famous Argentine presidents, writers and politicians is a stone's throw away from the apartment. You will not be disappointed in the location!
Getting around
Buenos Aires is a great walking city, but taxis are readily available. Buses and a subway system are also readily available, but you'll need access to the particular route descriptions (available in the condo).
