We chose Villa Oludeniz Heights for its quiet location and magnificent views, together with its access to local shops (5 minutes), excellent beaches (15 minutes) and night life (10 minutes). The villa is located in a beautiful part of Turkey 45 minutes from Dalaman airport. As well as local markets and ruins to explore there are many excursions and activities that can be booked locally including paragliding, boat trips, Turkish baths, quad biking, scuba diving, water rafting etc. Please see the photo gallery (it's our daughter paragliding !).

Villa Oludeniz Heights is a beautiful privately owned villa which is managed locally by our management company who will ensure you get good, immediate and local support. It has four bedrooms, all with en-suite and sits within private gardens with a good sized private swimming pool, and has private Wi-Fi. The villa enjoys magnificent mountain views and is within easy walking distance of the shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment of Ovacik and Hisaronu. The nearest beach is within 2 km at Oludeniz (Olu Deniz) and is easy and quick to get to on public transport.
Public transport runs regularly to nearby Oludeniz and the traditional Turkish town of Fethiye. There is plenty to do and see in this stunning area of Turkey.
Oludeniz Heights has 3 levels:
The ground level offers a spacious entrance hall with fitted cupboards and access to the marble staircase. The entrance hall leads into a large lounge area that includes luxury décor and wide screen TV and DVD player. Adjacent to this is the dining area that includes a beautifully presented dining suite for eight guests. The large kitchen is well equipped with the latest appliances including ample cupboard space, oven, hob, microwave, toaster fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron, dishwasher and a water cooler.
The second level has 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms and each room has its own balcony. The rooms all have good quality fitted furniture. One room has a double bed and two of the rooms have twin beds.
The third level has the master bedroom suite. This bedroom has a spacious walk-in wardrobe which leads through to a large en-suite that has both a shower and a bath. This bedroom has a double bed , table and chairs, dressing table and private balcony overlooking the mountains.
A furter two beds can be provided by our local management company if required, taking the occupancy to 10 guests. These would be placed in one of the four existing bedrooms or in the living space on the ground floor. Strictly speaking the villa is designed for 8 people but can accomodate10.
The lounge and dining area has large patio doors that open onto the private patio, garden and swimming pool. There is also an external BBQ and the high standard garden furniture. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and there is further play space in the front garden. Here the property has its own retaining walls and gate.
Oludeniz Heights is maintained by Orka who will look after the gardens and pool daily, provide a regular cleaning service and will be on call should you need them. In addition, our guests will also enjoy full access to Clab Orka at the local Orka hotel in Ovacik. This includes the Orka Valley Spa and and range of other facilities and activities.
Ovacik is about 5 minutes walk from Oludeniz Heights and lies on the Dolmus (local bus service) route from Oludeniz to Fethiye. There is a market on Monday and a water park that is open to the public. Restaurants and bars cater for the people who prefer a quieter evening than the hustle and bustle of Hisaronu which is about 15 minutes walk from Oludeniz Heights.
Oludeniz remains one of the most photographed beaches on the Mediterranean. It has a secluded sandy bay at the mouth of Oludeniz, on a blue lagoon. The seawater of Oludeniz is famous for its shades of turquoise and aquamarine, while its beach is an official Blue Flag beach, frequently rated among the top 5 beaches in the world by travellers and tourism journals alike.
Please note that Villa Oludeniz Heights is a private property which is maintained on a daily basis and supported by our local management company. However, it is not staffed in the same manner as a hotel and is therefore not covered by the same insurance. We therefore, recommend guests take out suitable travel insurance for their stay.
We stayed at the Villa early June and it was terrific. The Villa is fully equipped with everything you would need for a holiday - hair dryers, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The bedrooms are spacious and en suite and each has a balcony. The pool is gorgeous, it is clean and inviting and plenty of sunbeds to help you dry off after a dip. The local town is a 15mins walk away but taxis are plentiful so you don't have to walk. The beaches are not far and there are lots of good restaurants. The owners were extremely helpful - they organised the airport transfers and were eager to ensure we had a great holiday at their Villa.

Excellent
We had a super relaxing week at the Villa. It is very quiet and enjoyed the walk into town and great to be able to easily get cheap taxis back if needed.
The Villa is extremely well equipment, the hosts have thought of everything.
Will definitely go back.

Lovely Location, Excited to return
We had a lovely holiday here the year before the Pandemic and are definitely hoping to return soon!
The villa is brilliant for a group, with more than enough space for everyone and a kitchen fully equipped with utensils to save some money by making your own meals! With the beach a short and extremely affordable, taxi ride away, the bustling town just down the hill, and your own pool there is so much to keep everyone occupied and happy.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay here, and am definitely considering booking again soon.

Fantastic Place, Great Owners, be ware of the noise and the service
After 10 days in that fabulous villa, this is my review.
The house is beautiful, the pool is amazing, the villa has everything that you may need and much more as it seems the owners treat it as they do their own house hence is fully equipped and kept in the best state. The villa is spacious and very, very clean. The owners are amazing people to contact, they will do everything in their power to please you and will attend every requirement with gusto.
Two main "challenges" and the reason why I could not bring myself to give it 5 stars (which someone may think is unfair as it is a bit out of control to the owner) and those are:
The noise. For some reason someone decided to excavate in the middle of the mountain (building a mine, a road, we could not find out really) 6 days a week from 8 am to 7 pm and the noise is relentless and I am not talking about a little noise, this is full one noise made from an excavator that echo's through the whole part of that zone, so much so that we had to look for places to go (even if we did not want to mingle with a lot of people due to the pandemic) in order to avoid the noise for a day or two. Again nothing to do with the owners, but please be mindfull of it or better yet check if the excavation has finish (we are not sure how long is going to take) with the owner before travel as it really became an issue for US.
Second the management agent, they really will have to learn from the owners as we encounter problems during our stay and calling them to get it fix was always a challenge, to be clear, they did it at the end but it took a long time and some effort to get it done. Again not the owners fault and maybe it is the culture of doing everything very slow but we struggled to sort those issues.
That is it, Katie, if you read this again, thank you for helping us so much and for being fantastic even when you are so far away. I am 100% sure that if the noise is gone by next year, I will give it another go.

Gorgeous house, Fab holiday for all!
Our first time visiting Turkey and we had a blast! The house was very clean and spacious for our family to spread out in, and yet come together for some great quality time! Lots of pool toys for the kids, and transportation into town was a breeze. The taxis picked us up and dropped us off, with just a click of a button on the pole outside the house! Lots of great recommendations on activities and things to do around town. Have recommended this house to friends! Family favourite, will visit again!

Easy, relaxing and lovely holiday :)
We stayed in September 2019 as a group of 7 people and were very impressed! The house is both clean and beautiful, perfect for a summer holiday, whether as a group of adults or for a family. The owners have obviously put a lot of effort into making this place a home away from home by having every essential item that you think of. The kitchen is well-resourced making it easy to prepare meals when you don’t want to eat out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spotlessly cleaned and spacious. There are dvds and games perfect for a lazy night in. But the best features by far are outside. There is a lovely private pool, multiple balconies, sofa seats and a dining table in the shade, a table tennis table and plenty of sun-beds. And all of this helps you to enjoy some phenomenal views.
The local town is quite touristy but at least there is plenty of places to eat and buy food (for very cheap prices). However you can venture further to the closest beach and to the neighbouring town Fethiye, which is much more quaint. Here there is a weekly local market which is lovely to visit. With a small group of people I would also recommend hiring out a private day-long boat tour, which is surprisingly cheap and allows you to sunbathe, snorkel and swim in some beautiful bays all with an included lunch (which is delicious even for our vegan and gluten-free members of the group). Generally these places are very easy and cheap to get to in a taxi, which was enabled by a taxi call button literally outside the villa!
Overall this villa is spacious, clean, fully air conditioned and was a perfect place to stay for a relaxed holiday. I could not recommend it enough!

Villa rental
We've just got back from a week at this villa, it was brilliant definitely recommend it. Immaculate, cleaned regularly and linen changed twice in a week. Katie was lovely and very helpful x

The holiday I deserved and needed
When I booked this holiday I was worried about three things: the heat, location and my dietary requirements. Here's why I shouldn't have worried.
First of all the house has a beautiful amount of air ons, all of which can be turned on or off on demand. House is ventilated well and in the low temperature of 34°c it was cooler in the house than it was outside. The pool was a life saviour. I am personally someone when on holiday NEEDS to be in the pool. There was plenty of room for me to swim or sit in the water and the kids to jump in at the other end. (NOTE: They have a pile of inflatables and noodles which you can use which saved us the hassle of buying any and it kept my kids entertained). There's also the option of the sun beds by the pool which my daughter Becky took advantage of for her tanning stupidly not letting me put up the umbrella for her!
The interior of the house was spacious with comfortable furnishing. The kitchen had every type of utensil I never knew existed. I personally have allergies so having the comfort of being able to cook good food in my own kitchen was fantastic and for having a nice meal outside too! The en suits were perfectly equipped for all my needs and the beds were a good size. I highly suggest watching the sunset from one of the balconies attached to the bedrooms for a romantic scene. I learnt while we were out there that the field at the end of the garden was a protected olive garden, made my day finding that out!
Lastly I was originally worried about transportation but it could not have been easier! There's a box outside the house with a button you press to call a taxi and it appears like magic! All the taxis are cool, so no roasting in those metal machines. The taxis were also cheap I only wish taxis in the UK would be as affordable. We went to the town a bit and saw loads of shops with nice food in them. We tried the pubs too, I got to sing karaoke too! No doubt my husband matt and the kids were embarrassed but at least I had fun!! Locals were friendly too, enjoyed getting to know them!
Overall I had a really stress free holiday, this villa has everything you need. Who ever owns this property has thought of everything and I deffinetly am coming back next year.

Amazing
We booked this villa for my 50th.
Myself and 7 others went for 8 days. I can say that I could have not been happier with my choice.
Katie was brilliant before we arrived , answering all questions and advising us of transport options for pick up from both airport and the villa on day of departure .
The villa is more than adequate for 10 people to stay in.
All amenities are installed throughout the villa.
Beds are comfy , the lounge and kitchen are spacious.
We never felt that we were on top of each other.
Plenty of sun beds , table tennis table , films , games and a lovely swimming pool to cool down in.
Shops all within walking distance.
I really can not find fault with this Villa.
I won’t go into full details about where to shop but if you need any advice I would be more than happy to answer questions.
This was my 8th visit to the area , normally at a hotel.
This certainly will not be my last visit to the Villa !!
