The entirely new and beautiful villa overlooking the mountains is located in Belek on the outskirts of the town maintained in a facility. The location is sunny, quiet and not far from the famous golf courses. It is a detached three-storey villa on a garden with lawn, barbecue grill and a covered private pool (Parasols + chairs). This spacious 4 bedroom villa is comfortable, friendly and comfortably furnished and equipped with air conditioning. On the wide terraces stands next to the garden furniture, which are natural for our villa. Transport connection is good, a rental car is still recommended. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE ELECTRICITY AND WATER CONSUMPTION WHICH IS CHARGED ACCORDING TO THE METERS. Kerim will meet you on arrival with the keys and will if needed do a small shop for essentials to put into the villa. He will be around for the whole of your stay to ensure everything is OK.

About the neighborhood
Belek and Kadriye are twin towns in the Antalya region some 30klm from the Airport.They have become important holiday destinations for both Hotel and Villa holidays with superb beaches and sporting activities,golf especially with 14 courses leading to comparison with the 'Algarve and Spain. Other sporting activities include Tennis and Football with many Northern European clubs using it for training. During 2016 will see the completion of one of the biggest and best Water Parks in Europe, a magnificent facility. The Paradise Golf Villa development is by far the best in the area with all roads, footpaths, street lighting etc completed and now with mature hedges to give individual villas privacy.
