Interaction with guests: Our guests have the entire private apartment to themselves. We, the owners do not stay there and make only occasional visits. Our caretaker and his dedicated team will take good care of you. They will be there for daily housekeeping. We will also help you with any local knowledge or contacts that you need. We and the caretakers are just a phonecall, whatapp, email or SMS away.

The hospitality and accomodation is simply awesome. Resort has its own swimming pool, lake view and garden this is all one wants for a pleasureful vacation stay. Baga beach is so close to it that we can roam around goa and can go to baga sit back and relax. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good accommodation for the price paid. Staff very friendly. Clean accommodation and very clean gardens and surroundings. Very safe with a guard 24 hours. Pool very clean. Restaurant served most cuisine. Chef can alter food to your taste. Baga beach close and lots of shops and restaurants. A very "happening" area.

We stayed at Fun Holidays Goa-Arpora from 26-01-2017 to 29-01-2017. Our stay was very peaceful calm, heavenly and memorable :). The pool inside the property with a restaurant, the garden to relax, the lake view from balcony and fresh breeze of air was truly like heaven. Baga beach is just 10 minute walk and 3-5 minute ride in a vehicle. Saturday night market was just 2 minutes walk from the flat. We cooked some times for our breakfast as they provided all necessary utensils to cook and serve. AC, Induction stove, satellite TV connection, Fridge to store and water purifier for drinking water and of course two complimentary mineral water bottles made us to cheer. One sofa and one deewan and 2 chairs and a tea table in balcony were more than asked for :). They have cupboard to hang and keep cloths and an iron box. Most important is it is very secure as there was 24 hrs security at main gate. We love to visit again very soon. The care taker of the property and the owner are very kind and helpful for any information with always a smile. Would like to Thank Miss. Komal for making our stay memorable without any hindrances or chaos.

Stay was great. The property looked exactly as it was mentioned to us in email. We stayed in studio apartment for the first time & it was ideal for couple. Kitchen had more than required utensils. Fridge, induction, microwave everything was provided. Bathrooms were clean, balcony had great lake view, beds were comfortable. room was spacious. Very near to Baga beach. 23 restaurant at walking distance which is open 24*7. Good value of money at a great stay. Couldn't have asked for more...

I had an absolutely amazing time in goa the apartment was perfect I was on my own so felt very safe in the hotel surroundings, the facilities were great. It was so easy to book and alok was really helpful, I would definitely recommend

About the neighborhood
We are in a beautiful resort with the view of a beautiful lake. During season, the lake has water sports, boating etc also. On the other side of the lake, is Mackie's Saturday Night Market. It is operational during season and is a must see in Goa. The closest beach is Baga beach, about 1.5 km from us. The resort has complimentary hourly shuttle to and from Baga beach. There is free and safe parking, right outside the resort.
Getting around
The best way to go around in Goa, if you are not travelling with small kids or elderly people, is a scooter. We can help you hire one, if you need. If you have small kids or elderly people travelling with you, then a self driven car or a taxi makes better sense. We can help you hire these too.
