FULL SOLAR ELECTRICITY BACKUP - The spacious 300 sqm three bedroom (all ensuite) home has 180 degrees unsurpassed spectacular ocean and golf course views, including down to Pezulas signature hole number 14 on the cliffs. Because of its privileged location in the estate right on the ridge, the property has full privacy from neighbors and golfers and all you can hear is the soft sound of the Indian Ocean and the birds from the nature reserve. It has a FULL SOLAR ELECTRICITY BACKUP as electricity outages unfortunately are the norm these days. There is also a water filter for the entire house installed. From every room in the house, one has the most amazing ocean views, including from the bathtub or shower. The large doors in the living and dining area open up to provide a feeling of being outside. It has a modern European designer kitchen (which is staffed with everything you need) and an open plan living and dining room set up and is perfect for entertaining. Its 5 meter high ceilings in the main living areas provide a feeling of magnificent space and keep it cool in the summer. A gas fireplace completes the experience and caters for some colder nights. The bedrooms are very spacious and equipment with very high quality extra length King size or single beds, and all have en-suite bathrooms with walk in shower and bathtub. As 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very large, this is also is ideal for 2 couples to travel together as you can both enjoy your master suite with stunning ocean views and a wellness style bathroom. There is also separate TV room with a large LED TV to provide an additional living area without any disturbance, and of course a separate scullery with dishwasher and washing machine to keep the main living space nice and quiet. Your cars can be parked in a double garage. It is a self catering villa, so no daily cleaning is provided, but housekeeping can be arranged upon request at additional costs. Just 100 meter from the house also starts the path along the 18th hole to the Golf Clubhouse, 5 star restaurants and Spa, or into the Pezula nature reserve. There is also a secluded private beach of the Estate via a hike. The common tennis court and swimming pool is only a 2 minute drive away. Overall a magnificent place to relax, while being close to all the attractions and entertainment Knysna has to offer.

stunning views

Lovely clean modern house. Good service by both the handling agent and owner of house they were a pleasure to deal with. Safe area with load of things to do and lovely restaurants locally. Was a bit pricey but well worth spending the extra money. A real gem will rent it again.

Exceptional

The villa is outstanding, very stylish furnished and very well maintained. The ocean view is spectacular. One of the best vacation houses we ever had stayed in.

Amazing

Really much more than what I’ve expected. We stayed for six days and we didn't want to leave.The house is modern, chic and comfortable; it has incredible bedrooms, and is very well equipped. But over all it has a stunning view which you can enjoy from every room. The place is also great: we loved the private beach below and hiking throughout the trails. Thank you Oliver!

Spectacular

This house is truly amazing, the views are to die for from every room, absolute quiet and we could relax completely. Also the beds are super comfortable and the house has everything you can ask for and even more. Definitely coming back. Thanks so much for this wonderful experience, it was a fantastic holiday.

Stunning home with amazing views

My family stayed in this gorgeous home for 3 nights. House has everything you would need with amazing 180 degree ocean views. Lovely to wake up in the morning and look out at the ocean. Close to Knysna, about 10 minute drive, it is located in the Pezula golf estate which is safe, secure and really peaceful. House is great value, definitely stay here, we didn't want to leave!

Stunning views, extremely comfortable - luxurious!

The location is amazing with huge sea views from all the windows. The villa is of a very high quality and standard with lots of space. Our group of 7 consisted of two families and this villa lived up to expectations providing us with the personal space needed to help everyone relax.

Dream house

We were hosted 3 nights in the villa. The villa is located in a secure neighborhood, overlooking the ocean. The house is large,tastefully decorated and well equipped.Tina, took care of every request we had. The villa had a pleasant garden with a breathtaking view where we used to eat our morning meals.

Majestic Haven

Perfection doesn't even begin to describe this Villa. Breathtaking views from when you wake up. I would lay in bed with the curtains drawn out to just take in the view. Not to mention ample cupboard space. I am definetly coming back because a week was just not enough.

Great house

Very modern clean house with superb views.would recommend.If only it had a pool it would be very hard to beat!

Traumhaus mit atemberaubendem Ausblcik

Für eine Woche hatten wir die Blue Ocean Villa im März gemietet. Zwar hat das herbstliche Wetter den Himmel nicht immer tiefblau gefärbt. Aber die milden Temperaturen haben uns absolut entschädigt. Das Haus ist äußerst geräumig und bestens für sechs Bewohner geeignet. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die offene Küche mit angschlossenem Eß- und Wohnzimmer ermöglicht ein schönes Zusammensein. Genial sind die großen Schiebefenster zum Garten und zur Seeseite. Man sitzt geschützt und doch im Freien. Toll. Wir kommen gern wieder und können das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Knysna is located in the Western Province in South Africa and is the heart of the Garden Route. Cape town is about a 5 hour drive away and the closest airport is in George, which is only 60km from Knysna and offers multiple daily flights to and from Cape town, Johannesburg or Durban. The Pezula Golf Estate and the BLUE OCEAN VILLA is only a couple minutes drive from the city center and you can follow the signs. To get to the house, please go to the first security gate of the Estate on your right when you drive up the hill before the Pezula Clubhouse

From Knysna you can reach almost any place in the garden route in approx 1 hour or less, Plettenberg Bay is only 25 mins away, George with a very large selection of shopping malls and Golf courses 1 hour.

How to get there

Knysna is located in the Western Province in South Africa and is the heart of the Garden Route. Cape town is about a 5 hour drive away and the closest airport is in George, which is only 60km from Knysna and offers multiple daily flights to and from Cape town, Johannesburg or Durban. If you are coming from George/Wilderness go through Knysna and then turn right after the Quick Spar / gas station and follow the signs for Pezula/Sparrebosch and drive along the Lagoon. If you are coming from Plettenberg Bay turn left before the Quick Spar / gas station and follow the signs for Pezula/Sparrebosch along the Lagoon. Do not go into Knysna town, the turn is before the town.
