19onWestcliff situated on the famous Cliff Path in Hermanus.
The rate indicated is for the Villa including 2 ensuite bedrooms with ocean view, sleeping 4 persons.
It has a spacious open plan living area, ocean fronting state of the art kitchen with dining area, outside dining area in the courtyard with barbecue facilities, elevated saltwater pool 3x10m with sea view, all bathrooms have got under floor heating, wireless internet, secure parking for 5 cars. The Villa has direct access to the famous Cliff Path
With a further 4 additional bedrooms all ensuite, in the courtyard, each to an additional rate per room depending on season, we can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons.
For your privacy, we will only allow one group at a time.

Most fantastic place in Hermanus
Top service from the owners and their help Chuck. The home, where its situated on the cliff and we could see dolphins and even whales. The home is very beautiful styled with sleepingroom with top class beds and bathroom. The kitchen is of topclass with all the things you need for cooking. Tv and radio of best quality. The location is fantastic with the outsight, walkingpath just outside(guarded) and just alittle walk to the centre. What I liked most is the total concept of this villa. What could be better is doors between sleepingroom and bathroom and sunbeds around the pool.

Heaven - Paradise
We stayed with 6 of our best friends and we all loved our stay in all aspects. The service we recieved was very good. The house was perfect and the neighbourhood was just marvellous. We loved to take a morning-walk along the cliffs bordered on The Indian Ocean. To see both whales and dolphins when having breakfast was like a dream. We found some very good restaurants and the favourite was Burgundy just 15 min walk from home.Tuk-tuk was also used to get there. Golf at Hemanus and arabella was really something to remember since we are used to play on seeside cources.

Paradise 19on west cliff Hermanus.
We were 8 people from Sweden who spent 6 weeks in South africa. The highlight was our stay in Hermanu, better service and care is difficult to get. Everything was prepared for our stay would be great. The house was a dream, decorated tastefull with a modern well-equipped kitchen and all had their own bedroom. The view was magnefik we saw both dolphins and whales and we enjoyed the wonderful swimming in the pool. This accommodation will be easy to recommend.

A wonderful Christmas and New Year's in a fantastic villa
We spent two amazing weeks in this Oceanfront Villa in Hermanus. The view and wildlife is fantastic, it is so relaxing to just "be" in the house and by the really nice pool. Morning jogs on the cliff path, long walks to the beaches (or by car or bike) and adventurous bike rides on the mountain trails. Hope to return with some friends to this fantastic villa with plenty of room for 2-3 families.

Brilliant weekend!
Probably the very best view in Hermanus, over the cliffs and the sea towards the town. Just breathtaking! The apartment is cool and modern, really well-finished and furnished, and with wonderful touches like the old stone walls. The living space - lounge, main bedroom, dining room, etc - is perched right on the cliff path, so the views are always with you. Safe, secure parking behind electronic gates, an easy 10-minute stroll along the cliff path to the village, a lovely sunny swimming pool (and yes, there are even sea-views from the pool) - what more could you ask? How about free wifi, satellite TV, hi-fi system? Yup, all included! This is a real gem!

Magnificent views from a sun drenched villa with great comfort!
The villa is welcoming and spacious, with great access to the cliff path walks and the villa's sheltered pool area, perfect for sunbathing!
It's thoughtfully designed for great shared holiday entertaining and peaceful comfort. Easy access to a number of great golf courses too.
It has all the amenities we wanted - Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, well fitted out kitchen and crisp fresh linen and towels. There's a big fireplace for cooler evenings and wonderful views across the bay. And it is within very easy walking distance of the shops.
It's a great place to relax in the sun or take long leisurely walks surrounded by the most beautiful scenes of sea, cliff and long beaches and within such easy access of the restaurants and shops. We'll definitely be back at the first opportunity!

Wonderful relaxing time at this beach villa with spectacular vie
We had a fantastic holiday and received very good service from Magnus and Eva. We loved the house, had everything we needed and beautifully decorated. Have beautiful views and enjoyed being righ there on the cliffpath. Walking distance from town and restaurants.
It is the perfect location for whale watching. Lovely to sit on the rocks infront of the house watching the most beautiful sunsets. We didnt want to leave.

Fantastic home away from home
We stayed here beginning of January and can’t recommend it highly enough! The location is great; with the most incredible views of the sea and the surrounding mountains and nature. Just outside the gate the famous Hermanus cliff path offers possibilities for a morning walk or a bath in a tide water pool. Overall the location is ideal with nature starting around the corner, Hermanus “central” just a few minutes away and easy access to beach life, water sports, wine tasting etc.
The decoration is extremely homely, with comfortable, spacious and clean bedrooms/bathrooms. The kitchen area and livingroom is perfect for dinnertime – not to forget the magnificent views outside the big windows!
We would gladly have stayed for longer!

Best location in Hermanus!
Eva and Magnus are the best hosts you could possibly imagine! We felt so welcome from the minute we arrived and they were gracious enough to tell us everything we needed to know not only about the house but the town and its surroundings.
The house itself is beautiful and you have the most stunning vista only steps from where you live. All the facilities is state of the art and the rooms neatly decorated.
The location is spectacular! You can reach both the town, the old harbour and tons of restaurants and shops by foot. (5-10 min walk). The house is also situated right on the cliff path, a trail reaching along the shoreline of all Hermanus and a perfect place for morning runs or sunset walks (two activities we took full advantage of).
I would recommend staying at 19 on westcliff to the very best of friends!

a fantastic house
This villa on westcliff is a great place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. It's absolutely beautifully decorated, with modern rooms with en-suites and what feels like an endless ceiling height. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and absolute top class. The large kitchen and living area have a fantastic view towards the sea front and the kitchen is fully equipped if you want to self-cater. There are plenty of large grocery stores around but also smaller shops specializing in fruit, meat, veg etc. There is a pool in the garden, a must on a warm day (the ocean is simply too cold to swim in). The villa is within walking distance to the old and the new harbor where you find great restaurants and cafes, and the views are stunning. The hosts Magnus and Eva are super friendly and has a great knowledge about the area and will give you their recommendations, because there are so many restaurants to choose from. All in all, a fantastic place to stay in fantastic Hermanus if you want a truly relaxing holiday.

About the neighborhood
We are located along the famous cliffpath streching from town towards the new harbour. Our Villa is 25 meters from the Ocean. It will take approx 6-8 minutes to walk to town. You enter the property from Westcliff Road, just in the Goede Street junction.
We offer secure parking inside the property.

Getting around
We have the famous Cliff Path just outside. Open our gate to the path and you can walk into town and restaurants in 10 min. The Cliff Path is stretching from the New harbour all the way to Grotto beach-about 10km. All along you will find benches were you can rest and enjoy the Walkerbay. In the whale season you can watch the whales coming very close and in the summer the dolphins will play in the bay.

Directions to 19onWestcliff from Cape Town
Take the N2 from Cape Town in the direction of Somerset West, George. Continue along the N2 over Sir Lowry`s Pass.
Just after the Houw Hoek pass and after the Botriver turn off, you will see the sign to Hermanus – R43. Take the OFF RAMP to the LEFT and continue driving along the R43. You will pass Fisherhaven, Hawston, Vermont, Onrus and Sandbaai.
When In Hermanus - you will pass Gateway shopping centre and the Total petrol station on your right, here is also the first traffic light.
TURN RIGHT at the second street. Street-sign ship-harbour, and Hospital, The street name de Goude. Drive down towards the sea and when you come to the T you have arrived. 19onWestcliff is in front of you, with an empty plot on the right side.
