It is an ideal base from which to experience many of the vacation activities/tourist attractions for which Cape Town and the Western Cape and its surrounding environments are well known. Cape Towns famous heritage site Robben Island, Waterfront, Century City, Grand West Casino complex and many other entertainment venues are a mere 25 minutes drive from Lakeside.
