Remote ceiling fans in all rooms. The kitchen is well stocked (spices, condiments, etc.) with everything you need to cook and entertain . The 560' high fountain park, grocery and lots of cafe's are within 3 blocks. Sky Harbor airport is 25 minutes and Scottsdale is 10 minutes away. We recently spent a month at this condo and it was perfect. Location, furnishings and amenities are all top notch. The condo has a fully furnished kitchen with even spices and coffee, bathroom soaps, shampoo and toilet paper to tide you over till you can do shopping. The condo is sparkling clean. The owner is always available to help with any questions or concerns you may have. I highly recommend this condo.

Lovely quiet complex ideally located near beautiful Fountain Park, cafes, stores, fitness centers. Five minutes from Mayo Clinic, 10 minutes from North Scottsdale with great shopping and restaurants. Fort McDowell Casino, concerts, dining just a couple of minutes away. New Cubs Field for spring training games 15 minutes down 87. Winter Weather here is a balmy 60-70 degrees, but snow capped mountains in plain site all around you. Golf courses (5 in town) are abundant. Fountain Hills has every convenience available with the small town feel. Enjoy sunshine almost everyday here!

Walking to shops, grocery, restaurants is common here. If you need to go to another town (Scottsdale 10-20 minutes) you can Uber, Lyft or drive yourself.
