Gorgeous home in need of minor repairs relative to the safety of its occupants
I was thoroughly disappointed in the service I received and the house condition...The lock on the front door intermittently worked and a ceiling fan was dangerously loose. When I called the service manager she told me she would send someone out. For the next three days I played phone tag with the maintenance personnel who promised to call or come by, which they did not. Trash from the previous guest was not emptied, so I had to buy large trash bags and compile the trash to fit into the trash receptor.
