Living areas
The living accommodation faces this stunning aspect and is open to the temperate climes of the island but shaded from the sun by a high wooden ceiling. At the forefront is a large comfortable seating area with an LED TV, perfect for relaxing and catching up on the latest news or having a family movie night. Behind this is a wooden dining table decked out with seagrass chairs which seats 10 people. This is where you will enjoy the complimentary breakfast which is prepared by staff every morning and served by your very own butler. Light meals and a grocery shopping service are also available at extra cost on request.
Upstairs, there is a secret seating area where you can sit and watch the balmy winds play in the surrounding palm trees or watch your family and friends caper in the swimming pool.
Bedrooms
There are 4 king sized bedrooms and one queen sized room. Two of the large rooms are on the ground floor along with the smaller room which is neatly tucked behind the bale. A further two large rooms are upstairs. These are all fully air conditioned, kitted out with LED TV’s and fittingly furnished with cool, crisp colours providing a real sanctuary to retreat to. Two of the rooms downstairs have day beds which are big enough to sleep two children and the other three rooms have mini versions which potentially could sleep one small child.
All the king sized rooms are complimented by their own bespoke ensuite bathrooms which provide a variety of bathing experiences bringing the outside jungle inside. The queen sized room has an ensuite shower room including a toilet and vanity unit.

The property is staffed by security (3pm to 6am), 2 domestic staff and a butler (7am to 10pm) and is under Western management so we guarantee the best of service.
Our extended family just stayed at the Villa and totally loved it. It is stunning and the pool area is perfect for lounging around. The rooms are amazing. Best of all. The staff were delightful and helpful, and made our stay perfect. Located walking distance to the beach and supermarket. You can’t go wrong.

IPANEMA WAS AMAZING
The Villa is absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are so big and spacious. Even the beds are huge, could fit 4 people in one bed! The pool is long and amazing to swim/relax in. The staff are top tier! Sweetest people, I’d come back purely because of them, they really made everything possible for us, booking rides, food recommendations, booking massages, nails, lashes and speaking with external people for us! Wouldn’t allow us to lift a finger and cooled delicious breakfasts. Putu, Wayan, Duey, Eli, the security guards that wait out front all night were so amazing thank you so much!
Villa is situated in between Canggu and Seminyak, about 10-15min scooter ride (depending on where you’re going)

100/10 the most attentive thoughtful helpful staff in a luxurious villa fit for a family celebration. Exceptional delicious breakfast prepared with love and huge smiles each day. Coffee prepared at anytime suitable to our fussy Australian coffee tastes.
Putu, Ilul, Wayan and were so delightful, welcoming and accommodating. They are the BEST staff. The security mur and Faizol looked after us at night too. Our rooms were clean, spacious and well cared for. Lovely gardens and exceptional pool and multiple lounging areas. They arranged private yoga sessions, massages and facials for us. We felt very very well cared for.

Perfect villa and staff
Villa Ipanema is the best villa I have stayed in Bali. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with all your holiday needs thought of. Ilu,Putu and Wayan( the staff) went above and beyond, took care of all of us adults and toddlers . They were always there to help. I highly recommend Villa Ipanema to anyone thinking of traveling to the Canggu region

Amazing facility with wonderful staff!!
Villa Ipanema is by far the best villa I have stayed at in my travels to Bali. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with all your holiday needs thought of. The staff ilu, Putu and Wayane were amazing! They were always there to help and went above and beyond. I will certainly be coming back and can highly recommend Villa Ipanema to anyone thinking of traveling to the Canggu region.

The most special place EVER!
Nothing compares to Villa Ipanema!! The staff is SO kind, welcoming, helpful, and creative. Breakfast is included and the food is amazing! Between all of us in the group, we all tried everything and all menu items are OUTSTANDING. I felt like was living a dream! They greeted us at check-in with fresh squeezed juice and cold towels, which was the exact combination we needed. The staff also grocery shopped for us, ironed clothes, and hired wonderful masseuses on property for us. Everything about this place was exceptional and couldn't have imagined a better experience. Truly no notes. We love it!!!

Perfect stay! Location, staff and villa are nothing shy of amazing.
Myself and 7 others booked this villa for 5 nights to celebrate my 30th birthday and I could not recommend this villa enough for a group booking. Not only is the villa absolutely stunning with its Balinese vibes and the ginormous bedrooms and bathrooms, epic pool and comfy places to lounge; its the staff make this villa, anything you need they will do it for you and help you with any queries, whether it be making you a tea if you're not feeling well, to grabbing things from the shops and just the little things of keeping the place tidy while we relaxed and partied. Having harry on the door all night and a friendly face to stumble home to when we got home was also lovely. So warm and welcoming and I already miss the place. I would absolutely come back here. Thank you so much from me and the whole group who stayed with me.

Coordination issues
Villa Finder was my agent used to re-book VILLA IPANEMA with which we have outstanding credits (expiring this December) from the Pre-Covid days when we couldn't travel to Bali. We were greatly appreciative for the extension of the credits we have with Villa Ipanema and despite the hike in the daily rates, we have been looking forward to re booking it now that Bali has opened up to visitors. I have sent in a request to book Villa IPANEMA on the 7th August for Mid October for 3N and failed to get an update on the availability of the Villa till the 22nd August. From my last chat with Villa Finder, it appeared that they have been unable to get an update/response from Villa IPANEMA's owners with regards to the availability for the last 2 weeks and I was just informed this morning that the villa is only available over 4 – 7 October 2022 and 17 – 22 October 2022 - which are weekdays. In our case, I'm hoping that they did not use this delay in response (>2 WEEKS 😖) as a free option in any case there are new bookings so that they can inform me of unavailability only closer on to my travel dates. My credits actually expire in December and as most people are aware, it is not exactly that easy to affix a group trip in short notice in the current hectic season since Bali re opened. It has been disappointing, and we will greatly appreciate if Villa Ipanema can be more responsive in delivering the notice on the availability of the Villa in near future even for clients with current outstanding credits. This will make our travel planning so much easier. Thank you

in one word, perfection
We stayed at Villa Ipanema with 9 women, for a very special trip to Bali. This place is the best accommodation I have ever stayed at. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all extraordinary. Huge sitting rooms, big enough for all of us to gather and chat, listen to music and dance. The pool is stunning. The staff members: Put, Ilu and Wayan would do anything for us, get groceries, take us on their bikes, organise laundry etc. They are beautiful people, warm, kind and super friendly. I love this place and hopefully will get back there again.

This place is just wow! Rooms are spacious and cleaned everyday. 4 main rooms with king beds and a smaller one with queen, if needed. Pool is beautiful. Perfect for children.
Staff were always helpful and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much hassle. They serve breakfast every morning at a time you choose with plenty of options available.
They even organise taxis when needed.
Mini mart and bakery 2-3 minute walk away.
Definitely will be coming back!

When inside this villa, it truly feels like you are away from it all, surrounded by the natural world in exquisite surroundings on a little island of your own. However, just on your doorstep, literally a few minutes stroll away is the beach, while a 5 minute drive will take you to the fabulous restaurants of Canggu or the facilities of the Canggu Club and a 10 minute drive will take you into Seminyak with its trendy boutiques and endless eateries.
