Stay here for 5 nights on December. The Villa very beautifull and very huge. Perfect for my big family, with big swimming pool and garden, and there

Past the point of maintenance
Firstly the staff at the villa were fantastic and so I feel for them that they receive negative reviews. They can only work with what they have and the service and breakfast they provided were excellent. This villa would have been luxury when it was built however it has been neglected and left to fall apart. In fact a part of the ceiling fell away while we sat by the pool 😕 Everywhere you look things are worn and in bad need of replacement. We had two young children with us 1 & 3 so they were not allowed to wander freely around the villa however I imagine if you had older children it would be quite worrying. The bedroom windows upstairs open right up with no screens and a sheer drop below. The rusty stairway to lead to the top deck is an accident waiting to happen. My father tread very carefully so as to not fall straight through them, they are that badly rusted. The number of screws and planks sticking up out of the decking I lost count of. Despite these issues, we did manage to have a good time at Jadine Bali Villa but we would not stay again with the serious lack of maintenance resulting in safety concerns.

good villa and perfect location
this villa was very wonderful and the staff so friendly. Putu is the best, villa location is central of canggu, near by finns beach and berawa beach, many restorant around Villa . very comfortable for vacation.

Pictures are Misleading
We just came back from a family trip to Bali (two families 4 adults and 3 children 5 & 7) this time we stayed in Jadine Bali Villa for 5 nights. We chose this Villa based on the images online, location, and the layout as we thought it would suit our families perfectly, unfortunately, this was not the case. Although the Villa is charming and has some lovely features, it is VERY run down, and has some serious safety issues to address. The tiles on the kids pool flooring cut the kids feet. The Winding stairs on the outside to the top terrace is fully rusted, the gate latch on that terrace does not work and the terrace is not fully fenced.
The wardrobe doors don't close properly, are falling of the hinges, and some wardrobes are broken, the kitchen is not well equipped at all, the stove had no gas, the kitchen had no kettle for boiling water, the towels and linen are old and gray with stains....the list does go on and on.
The staff were polite and helpful but they can only do what they can with what they have, I don't think they are very experienced on the standards of hospitality service.
I do hope this villa addresses the issues we highlighted with them before leaving, as the location is fantastic.

Property Owner take note - repairs needed
Disappointing stay - villa is artistically authentic and stunning grounds but it is in need of repair and maintenance. Definitely not a place for families, staircase with rusted metal stairs, gates onto open platforms that have no safety barriers, kids got cut feet from bottom of pool. Sheets and towels grey and stained, cupboards broken and chipped. Breakfast was awful, diluted juice, burnt pastries. Stove didn’t work, no kettle, I could go on. Not luxury villa and in my opinion was not value for money. Made complaint and owners response was a BBQ dinner which we refused, will not and cannot recommend.
The property owner is continuing to charge luxury villa prices while he is letting the property fall into disrepair.

Best fully staffed Villa
Fantastic family Holiday, 4 large bedrooms with everything you need. @ great pools, one for the kids just off the lounge and 1 for big kids. The location is hard to beat, short walk to the beach and lots of great food around.
But the best thing hands down is the staff.
Putu the manager, friendly and helpful.
But the 4 boys/men that look after you on daily base are sent from heaven.
I'm not usually a staff kind of girl, I like them to get in and get out.
But these boys are brilliant , invisible until needed. Kind, funny and so helpful, they cook breakfast, sort out anything that's need and go about it with a beautiful smile.
We had them cook dinner in house, exceptional.

Awesome Villa and Staff
Location: the villa is in the center of canggu, great located. With the scooter it takes only one minute to go to the beach (@ finns club), to different restaurants and stores. The villa isn't located at the main road, so it's really calm and relaxing. Villa: is really nice, modern, comfortable and just stunning. The rooms are huge and always with a bathroom. The beds are so comfortable, everyone slept well. There are different possibilities to sit down and chat with everyone. There's the living room, a big table in the kitchen, 2 lounge at the pools and severals deck chairs. There's a large and deep pool, a smaller one and one jacuzy. So you will really enjoy if you stay some days at the villa or if you need a cool down, just jump in the pool. stuff: is so friendly. They always smile and help you with everything you need. So the athmosphere is great and you always feel positiv.
We really recommend you to book the barbecue at home. The stuff will cook for you so much delicous food. It's a big challenge to finish all, you will definitly eat over our hungry, but its so delicous :) you can order different plates like meat, seefood, fish and its will be served with potatos, rice and different vegetables. They also made the food on their traditional way. You have to discover. Don't be afraid to ask the stuff for sightseeing recommandations. They know a lot and can tell you wat you have to see around canggu and on the island itself. They do shopping, brung your clothes to the loundry, call food deliveries or a massage studio if yoz want to have a massage at home or in the wonderful garden outside of the villa. They also cook breakfast every morning if you want. BREAKFAST: fresh fruit juces, fresh fruits, eggs in different ways, pancakes, noodles, indonesian breakfast, toasts, coffee.. Ask them for the homemade ginger tee. It is so delicious and healthy.
SIGHTSEEING/TO DO: one day in ubud for monkey forest, temples, rice terasses), island hopping (there are different beautiful island around bali), surfing (oldmans surf school), fitness class (pilates, yoga, crossfit; there are so many goos fitness center),
The House staff treat you very well. They are lovely, satisfies all your need and are doing a great job.

Fantastic staff and lovely villa
I stayed at the villa for 3 weeks in July with my family and had a great time.
The villa is a good size with 3 ensuite bedrooms and a large living/dining/kitchen area. A 4th ensuite bedroom is located in a large wooden building at the bottom of the garden by the main pool. Note none of the bedrooms have mosquito nets and some family members received a couple of bites each night. The addition of mosquito nets would be well received.
We had 8 people in our family stay and the accomodation offered plenty of space for everyone.
There were some minor maintenance issues during our stay. The staff looked to address these swiftly and mostly rectified issues. However the villa is showing some early signs of wear and tear and a more proactive maintenance schedule is suggested. If it wasn’t for these issues, the villa would receive the full 5 stars.
I would still strongly recommend this villa to others as it really is a lovely place to stay. It’s a short walk to the beach, and there are plenty of local restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The staff are very family friendly and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Maddie deserves special recognition, he was great with the kids and also took a family member to a traditional Balinese performance in his own time.
You won’t be disappointed if you book Villa Jadine.

The perfect Bali villa
Where do I start!
From the moment me and the girls checked in Adi and his team where nothing but welcoming and made sure we were settled in and comfortable! They were always happy to help and made our entire stay nothing but magical! And we can not thank them enough for it!
The villa itself is just absolutely stunning the rooms are massive and the beds are incredibly comfortable! There’s one big pool a slightly shallower pool and then there’s a jacuzzi! I will be recommending this villa to anyone and everyone! Me and the girls will defineitly be visiting again! Thank you again for making our stay one to remember! We miss it already!

Stunning Villa and Amazing Staff!!!
Jadine Villa is absolutely stunning and was amazing from the moment we walked in. Its is beautiful and open, extremley clean and well cared for, the pools are perfect and the beds are so comfortable. The location is perfect, it is quiet but just a 5 minute walk to Finns Beach Club and so close to many great cafes and restaurants.
The staff really made our stay memorable and provided oustanding service. Adi and his team are fantastic. They ensured that we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The team was always so happy to help.
I would highly recommend Jadine Villa. Again thank you for a wonderful stay and experience. We will be back.
