We have a very unique and rustic beautiful home in Costa Rica where we lived for many years. It's a perfect space for big families or a group of friends with our 3 bedrooms (1 King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size and 2 individual beds) and two bathrooms. You will have diverse living rooms/spaces where you can enjoy your time together with a full access to all amenities in the house. The big windows will let you enjoy the natural light coming through. The house is very fresh inside, so on hot sunny days you can either stay inside or use our terraces, one with barbecue, or even better our big garden with tropical plants and a gazebo. There is a garage for two cars and addionally a parking lot for four cars.

We also have a extensive guide with recommendations about places to go, restaurants, best beaches and how to get around, among many others Whether you are coming for vacation, business, cosmetic surgery or dental work, this is the perfect home base. It will create lasting memories in an excellent central location that offers breathtaking panoramic views, a beautiful big garden to relax and many amenities. Security deposit will vary and depend on the length of your stay ( for short trems: 500 €). The house can be rented for days, weeks or months.

Beautiful, spacious, private

This modern home is perfect for a family. It is spacious and clean, and has a great yard. It is private and secure, and very comfortable. It is very close to San Jose and the Multi Plaza mall. It is also very close to many great restaurants and grocery stores. We stayed 5 days, and it always felt good to come back to this comfy, cozy home! The owner, Edgar, answered all my questions, and the caretaker, Cindy was great, and very helpful! If you are visiting San Jose, I highly recommend! Thank You for a fabulous stay!

About the neighborhood

Escazú is an upscale neighborhood of San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. Escazu offers a lot of supermarkets, shopping centres, restaurants, fine dining, clubs and bars, cinemas, fitness studios, CrossFit Gyms, banks, hospitals, .... everything you can ask for. Escazu is a nice suburb town close to the mountains, where you can go hiking or just enjoy the beautiful weather. You are also very near to the capital (San Jose dowtown: 10 min) and it's just minutes away from the highway 27 to Caldera (40 minutes) and from there to the beaches in Guanacaste, which are the most beautiful and popular. Punta Leona/Jaco beach: 1.5 hours Poás Volcano National Park: 40 min. Zip Lines: 30 min , White Water Rafting: 1 hour

Driving is the best way to move around , There are several bus stops nearby within an one to ten minute walking distance from the house. Also Taxis are available by request from Escazú area.
