The estate contains 5 homes; three 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2250 sq. ft. and two 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1420 sq. ft. and a large clubhouse which can be used for special events. Each home is close enough so everyone can dine or have evening cocktails together, but far enough away for maximum privacy. Whether your staying with a group of friends, coworkers, or with your bothers, sisters, their kids, grandma and grandpa each of you can have your own home and not get into each others hair. It is perfect for everyone. The private estate is perfectly located on the main highway near all large tourist destinations in Costa Rica's Central Pacific area and are only minutes away from Carara National Park and the famous Tarcoles/Crocodile Bridge. The homes are hidden on a fully enclosed 20 acre fruit grove consisting of mango, star fruit, guava, guanabana, papaya, cashew, avocado, bananas, plantains, lemon, orange, grapefruit trees, and many more. No expense was spared on their construction. The homes are beautifully decorated in a Mediterranean/Mexican style. Pre Columbian art adorns the walls. Imported handmade Talavera tiles create a relaxing experience in the ample bathrooms. The bathrooms are furnished with Kohler faucets and baths and the towel collection that we offer is one of the thickest towels. It is 100% combed Cotton, which makes the towel extra absorbent and has superior softness; it is an extraordinary experience each time you step out of the bath. The beddings luxurious linens are splendidly crafted from cotton to a smooth heavenly finish. Travel without the tourists

A group of friends and I visited this property over Easter break. I have been to Jaco before and wanted something a little more private and hopefully without all of the tourists. This property was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to go into downtown Jaco whenever we wanted and then go back to our private homes on the gated community. Jaco is very popular with the younger crowds and sometimes it is nice to not stay where all the noise and people are. Most cities in Costa Rica don't have street addresses, so it can be difficult sometimes. Most directions are given in distances or landmarks, like make a right were the church is. Because of this GPS is recommended if you rent a car. If you like the tropics and enjoy your own space/privacy, this is the place for you.

Hello Mr. A Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. It was very nice meeting you and all of your friends. The pizza oven, bbq, and outdoor kitchen at the pool are now ready to use, so when you come back in November we will have to have shrimp pinchos, pizza and cocktails while watching the sunset from the back terrace. We are located on the main highway (route 34). There are 10 restaurants, 4 small markets, 8 farmers stands, 2 ice cream parlors, 1 gas station, and several souvenir shops all within 1 kilometer of the property (approval .6 miles). We are centrally located near all large tourist destinations in Costa Rica. You can go to everywhere, except to the Caribbean Coast, on either 1/2 day or full day tours.

Getting around

If you are adventuresome and want to explore Costa Rica a car is recommend. Public transportation picks up and drops off directly across the street. Public Transportation is safe, reliable, and economical. It does take a bit longer to get to places with the stops. Private transportation is also available. I can arrange for any transportation needs you may have. All of the tour companies pick up and drop off at the property as well.

The property is located north from the Crocodile bridge, minutes away from Carara National Park. On the main route to Jaco. It a Safe area, there are restaurants and local "sodas" all over the area. supermarkets, 2 gas stations, several beaches 10 to 15 minutes from the property and lots of activities such as horseback riding, canopy tour, atv, tortuga Island, Poas Volcano, waterfalls and more.
