Welcome to Jaco Haven, a family-friendly home and attached apartment conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores in the beach town of Jaco, Costa Rica. Completely renovated in late 2021 with 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a pool, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and a spacious roof deck for relaxing with BBQ. Completely enclosed and safe with inside parking for two cars. There is a local manager to check you in and show you around and tours and activities can be arranged during your stay as well. This is the perfect experience for families and corporate groups to relax, play and build relationships!

We ask guests to be respectful of the local ordinances and neighbors. Quiet time is 10:30pm until 7am. No prostitution, drugs or illegal activities will be permitted! Also, please don't use glass by the pool and remove as much sand as possible using the outside showers before entering the home. Help us be energy efficient and conscious of global impact by turning of the A/C units when not using them and operating them at 24 degrees.

How to get there

The property is in the neighborhood called Jaco Sol in Jaco, Costa Rica, one of the closest beach towns to San Jose. If you are renting a vehicle, there is a new toll highway that is faster than the old highway. You will have to pay several tolls along the way, but that only adds up to around $5-7 one way. The best way to navigate Costa Rica is by using the Waze app. It is similar to Google Maps but more accurate in Costa Rica. We can arrange transportation for you to and from the airport if you request if beforehand. We ask that you contact our local manager when you arrive in country so he can meet you at the property when you arrive. We can send you a link to a map of the location once you book a stay. As you enter Jaco from the highway (coming from San Jose), turn right at the Maxi Pali grocery store. Follow that road until you see the hotel Jaco Bay and turn left on to Avenida 6. Turn left again on the first street you come to and follow it as it curves to the right. The property will be at the end of that block on the right side.
