This brand new luxurious ocean front condominium is located in the fourth floor affording spectacular views of the ocean. Diamante del Sol is located right in the center of town so you can walk to most restaurants, nightlife and shopping.

-Spacious living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV and dining table for 4 people.
-2 ample suites, the master with a king size bed and the second with a queen size bed. Each bedroom has a private full bathroom and flat screen TV's.
-Half bathroom in the living room.
-Large terrace that overviews the pool and ocean with nice furnishings.
-Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large fridge with ice maker, microwave, range with oven and dish washer.
-Laundry room with clothes washer and dryer.

Check-in is at 2:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am. Please stop by to our office located in commercial center Plaza Coral (where Pizza Hut is), with the entrance facing Jaco main street right next to the Pharmacy.
If you need transportation from the airport please send me your flight details in order to coordinate. The rate it’s $110 up to 4 people and $10 for each extra person, each way.
I can also help you reserve tours and activities for your stay, pre-stock the condominium with a list of groceries you can send me (for this service we charge a 15% fee that includes the credit card processing).
Please let us know the name of all the guests staying at the condominium and the approximate arrival time. (Office hours are form 9.00am to 6.00pm. If you are arriving after 6.00pm please contact us in order to organize a late check in procedure. )
