The condo was exceeded our expectations. It was extremely spacious, well kept on beautiful, well maintained grounds. There were four fantastic pools, a hot tub and outdoor cabana where you could order food and drinks (or just bring your own).
Great location with a 10 minute walk to the beach, loads of restaurants and a grocery store about 300 yards from the complex. Everyone knows Pacífico, so all tours will come to you for pick up and drop off. Very secure, safe complex. Highly recommended!

Beautiful Property! Close to everything
The beautiful rental at Pacifico was amazing. We arrived in Playa de Coco with out accommodations on a Sunday and were so very lucky to have stayed here with a last minute booking . Kelly was our first point of contact and she was very efficient with connecting us with Yannick the Property Manager. Yannick was at the beach enjoying his day and came right away to bring us to the condo. We were so very thankful as we had just driven 5 hours and were very tired. Pacifico is a great location with walking distance to all your needs. I will stay at this condo in the future Thank you for looking after us Yannick with all our needs. The restaurant referrals were the best !

Perfect classmates getaway week in Pacifico L615 & L311
We were seven retired women, classmates since school days, who rented two 3-bedroom Pacifico condos. Both were lovely and well furnished and appointed with three bedrooms and two full baths. All we needed was there for prepping food although we ate out fairly regularly except at breakfast.
Condo 🤪L615 became the main gathering point because it had the best arrangement for living room seating and had a large patio table that seated all of us as well. We often sat around the dining table for snacks, beverages and games.
Perfectly lovely grounds. Awesome!

Playas del Coco

Coco is home to a Hard Rock Café, an upscale Auto Mercado grocery store, the exclusive Pacifico resort community and much more. Many foreigners have come to visit and never left. You can often find these happily aging expats swapping tales at the big rubber tree in front of Bambú Beach Front Bar, or just watching the world go by from one of the open-air bars downtown.
