This is by far the nicest and most comfortable unit in Torres Del Coco and Las Palmas residential. The complex has a lovely swimming pool, Security Guard,Laundry facilities, Lots of parking and nice rancho to spend the day. The condo is located 200 m to ocean . Restaurants 50 m. Supermarket 90 m. Wonderful holiday. Ocean Beach. Relax and comfort.
This is our fifth time in Costa Rica we love Play del Coco and this time we are staying in Las TORRES #40 we love this place becouse is so close to the beech and walking distance to the shops and restaurants. So far beuteful and perfect timing for us because it’s snowing beck home and we’re enjoying 29c here in Coco

Great Location
Great location to beach. Nice to have a pool to cool off.
Close to mini supermarket so don't have to walk to town for everything.
King size bed very comfortable.

Pura Vida!
I absolutely loved this place. Its was such a convenient location and perfect for me. Restaurants and business center on the corners with in 1, 2 minute walking distance, beach was less than 5 and the main strip about 7. The neighbors are all super nice. I will miss everything about my trip and can't wait to return in the future.

Excellent location
Great value in this rental, an easy walk to the beach, the entertainment district and shopping. The unit was comfortable & provided all necessities, nice pool, friendly neighbors. We did have a little trouble finding the place but others in the area were very helpful, the unit could use updated cooking & eating utensils but good value all around for the price.

Confortable apartamento
El lugar es muy tranquilo pero al mismo tiempo está muy cerca de la playa y algunos restaurantes.
La piscina está muy bien aunque sentimos que tenÃa mucho cloro.
Del apartamento podemos decir que, aunque es algo pequeño, está muy bien organizado y es muy acogedor. Tiene todo lo necesario aunque para ser perfecto le faltarÃa algún utensilio más para cocinar, pero es un pequeño detalle.
El baño es amplio y está en muy buenas condiciones, cosa difÃcil de encontrar en muchos otros alquileres.
Muy limpio.

Torres # 40
Excellent for the price! The condo was very clean modern and very Comfortable. We spent two weeks and loved our stay. Enjoyed the pool and the location of the condo walking distance to the beach and the mini-super market. The internet service was great just loved the place and plan to return again next year. Highly recommend to friends and family.

Great little condo
We had a lovely time staying at Las Torres N 40. The condo was clean and well appointed with a huge king size bed, flat-screen tv and full kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and commons area as well. The entire area was very quiet and just what we were looking for.
