Condo/Apartment
This is by far the nicest and most comfortable unit in Torres Del Coco and Las Palmas residential. The complex has a lovely swimming pool, Security Guard,Laundry facilities, Lots of parking and nice rancho to spend the day. The condo is located 200 m to ocean . Restaurants 50 m. Supermarket 90 m. Wonderful holiday. Ocean Beach. Relax and comfort.

The price is inflated
Love the pool and the grounds are beautiful. Met some great people. However, I paid $800 for one month in 2016, now the price is over $3000 for two months! Remember this is a studio so it is suitable for one or two people. Anyone else has to sleep on a lumpy sofa. Some units do not have safety bars on the windows or even screens, so please inquire about this. Love the location, and loved living there, but the asking price now is not worth such a tiny unit. In 2017 I rented a beautiful 2 bdrm, 2 bath at Green Turtle for $900 for a month. I really hope the owners will reconsider their huge price hike.

in this apartment there is no lumpy sofa but there are screens from insects and the bars on the Windows. Dear guest might have mistaken the place. if you come not in high season from December to may,you can even have a price of 550 per month. But in high season it is never free days. Our pricing policy is flexible and fair. Good luck to everyone and happy holidays!
