The balcony is accessible from living room, dining room, and master bedroom and directly overlooks the beach. Romar Place 406 has a spectacular panoramic view, especially from its 4th floor perch.

Wish we would have vacationed here sooner.
Our friends who invited us to share their vacation time with them and their family on Orange Beach have been coming to Romar Place every July for years. When they asked us to join them I started looking at available condo's in Romar Place so we could be in the same complex. It just so happened that at the time I was looking there were several condo's to choose from. After comparing size, reviews, and especially the price, I chose "406" and so glad I did. From the moment we got there to the time we left my only thought was I wish we would have known about this place before.
It has 3 bedrooms with each one having an attached full bath-making it perfect for me, my husband, and our 3 grown children. The Condo is very clean and well maintained. The laundry room with a large size washer and dryer in the condo made my time there so much easier. Our children were able to join us for part of the vacation only because the Pennsecola Airport was so close and convenient to get to. Roman Place is also conveniently close to Walmart, Publix and souvenior stores. There were all kinds of activities for any age available. My favorite activity was laying on the beach anytime I wanted to.😊
I appreciate how much Mike made all aspects of our vacation so pleasant and was so accommodating.

Thanksgiving at the Beach
This condo is comfortably furnished with beautiful views from the family room and master bedroom. The Kitchen is well stocked and we were able to cook a 20 lb turkey with all the fixings for Thanksgiving dinner. We experienced a very relaxing, comfortable Thanksgiving at the beach.

Awesome place!
I loved staying at Romar Place!! The balcony was a huge reason I chose this place and we did love it but unfortunately it was windy the whole time we were there. Loved having the space with three bedrooms and three baths! Will definitely stay again.
