The Space
Phoenix VIII, Located on the 2nd floor and featuring climate-controlled entry, we have some of the best views of the sparkling blue Gulf waters from our over-sized balcony.

It would have been great if we hadn’t had a crew working on the balcony the whole time. We had paint buckets and a scaffold on our balcony, therefore we couldn’t enjoy the view.

October Getaway
Nice stay in Orange Beach in October. Condo was located right on the beach with beautiful views. The walk to the beach was short and easy to access any time of the day. We had everything we needed to fix meals in the well stocked condo. Stores and restaurants were in close proximity to the condo. The owner of the condo was quick to respond with any questions we had. We definitely would book again in the future.

Truly a piece of Paradise!
What a beautiful condo! From walking in the front door and out to the extra large balcony! The location was great...plenty of restaurants, shopping centers, grocery stores, and entertainment. The beach was beautiful the entire time we were there. William was so helpful...from the first e-mail to the last! We look forward to our next visit. Lynda, Karen, and Abby

Best last minute quick beach escape possible
Instead of wishing my life and family were predictable enough to make reservations for a week long stay half a year in advance I now know we can plan the perfect getaway within weeks notice. Instead of being relegated to cram into tiny overpriced hotel rooms with little to no amenities this kind condo owner allows for less than 3 night stays. Thank you! The unit could not have been more convenient to the beach. Had we wanted or needed to walk to anything it was also close to any place you would need. We didn't need to pack our whole lives in order to have all we needed there either. You could probably do fine just showing up with only your clothes and toiletries and only needing a quick trip to a grocery for any food you wanted to prepare. All for similar cost to a good hotel. Enough room to allow space for teen siblings not to fight. Huge comfortably appointed balcony. Beach view from the master bedroom with its king sized bed and California bathroom. (No waiting for the sink and mirror). I would absolutely book this unit the next time.

Awesome Condo
My family stayed in this condo for a few days prior to our son's return to college for the fall term. It was very clean, well appointed (really nice cook ware), comfortable beds and more than adequate silverware, plates, glasses and cups. There is a Keurig machine instead of a coffee pot which was great for us. I've stayed at lots of beach condos and have never had a clothes dryer that worked well until this trip! Both bathrooms had hair dryers. The TVs, dishwasher and fridge were also nice. We will definitely book this unit again!!

Amazing beachfront condo
Me and my friends rented this condo for Hangout music fest in Gulf Shores and it was everything we could've hoped for plus more. The condo was very nice and clean , able to sleep 6 easily . My favorite part was relaxing on the balcony with the amazing view of the beach. Condo also has access to private boardwalk to the beach which was a convenient feature . All in all we all enjoyed our stay here very much and would definitely rent again !

Great everything!
Our vacation was great! The condo was clean and updated, with plenty of space. Huge, awesome balcony! The condo owner was friendly and great to work with too! The facility was very nice with both an indoor and outdoor pool for the kids. The beach was quiet, peaceful, and clean. We had an awesome stay, and have already talked about booking another vacation here again!

Awesome view....great balcony!
This was a great place for a family to stay! We had a great time and will definitely try to make it back.

Clean updated condo with a fabulous view!
This is a great condo. You don't have to go outside to get into the condo and the location is great - it's so close to grocery stores, entertainment, and restaurants. The condo is clean and recently updated. The property is well taken care of. We enjoyed spending time on the extra large balcony with the amazing view of the ocean. We walked on the beach every evening and enjoyed the hot tub downstairs as well. Kitchen was stocked so we were able to make a lot of meals at home (try the royal reds!). William made the booking process easy. My only tip is that they provide you with starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, bath soap so you may want to bring additional paper goods and your own toiletries. Also bring keurig K cups for morning coffee on the balcony! We LOVED this place and we plan to stay here next year if it's available.
