The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas burners, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, etc. You can cook yourself or we can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional cooks for an extra cost.

5. Swimming Pool accessible ONLY between 8 am- 8 pm
6. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, damage of personal items or valuables. Use the digital locker provided.

Great stay
I booked the Phase 3 and 4 villa for our school reunion and it was the most perfect getaway post Covid.... As we had booked the twin Villa with pool we had privacy as well with a wonderful hospitality..... Felix was the point of contact and he made sure we had a smooth stay experience....The toilets and rooms were hygienic a d maintained well. The caretaker Ratan cooked very nice food and served us well without any complaints.... Its an amazing stay for people looking for privacy coming in groups or family... This was my 2nd stay with Villa Calangute and thoroughly enjoyed it and surely recommend it for all

It was great having Mr Yogesh and his friends stay with us at Villa Calangute. He is a fantastic guest to have. He followed all the house rules and left the villa very clean and very tidy. Its will maintained villa with 3 bedroom ,dinning living area and kitchen. SWIMMING POOL ( big enough and neatly cleaned daily), crockery, washing machine, hair dryer, wifi ,private parking, lcd tv, hot water and showers. Its is relaxing place amd in middle of all stores, restaurants and beaches nearby.
Worth every penny you pay to stay here. Its located in residential area so no worries of security and you get security guard and cctv intalled.
100% go for it.
Special thanks to manager Anil and housekeeper Molina for taking care and serving good food on demand.

Villa Calangute Phase 3 is situated on Adventure Street a 10 minute walk to Calangute Beach in North Goa. This impressive looking villa is ideally located close to shops, bars, and local landmarks. The villa is close, to the bustling and vibrant entertainment area of Baga Beach. The villa offers a wide range of culinary options including, A Reveria and Amavi (fine dining restaurants), Navtara (pure vegetarian), Little Italy, Moonshine, Babutes on Top (great for people watching) and Le Jardin which serves Indian, Chinese, and local Goan delicacies in a tranquil garden environment.
Getting around
Our villa is set in the heart of Calangute so shops, supermarkets, ATMs, restaurants and shacks are all within walking distance. Vehicle hire can be arranged via our local contacts. Buses, auto rickshaws and pilot bikes are available.

How to get there
From the airport/train station ask the taxi driver to take you to Calangute, North Goa. Villa Calangute Phase 3 and 4 are located on Adventure Street (well-known landmark). As you enter Calangute via Chogm Road, you will see St. Alex Church at the roundabout. Take left at the roundabout, then 1st left again (this road leads towards Villa Calangute Resort). You will pass a resort on the left-hand side called Azzure. Continue down the road and you will see 2 identical villas on the right-hand side. The first villa is phase 4 then the next villa is phase 3 villa. Each villa has a signboard on the gate.
