Absolutely warm and cozy stay. Both villas are exceptional with beautifully designed architecture on the hill slope of a sleepy and serene Goan village with the river view.
Cook is absolutely a delight to your taste buds. Also very hospitable and attentive to requests for any preparations.
The house has a car and a driver which is a relieve if you are used to ply on uber/ola as that is not available here in Goa.
The most fun part or our vacay was the stay at the villa , the food , the fun we had in the evening with food and beer with the family.
And the pool is excellent and clean. We had morning and evening dips with poolside beer and snacks which was awesome.
All in all it you need a super comfy stay with amenities and excellent housekeeping and good food. Look no further.
At no point one feels underwhelmed and everything is sparkly clean as in the pics...a rarety and thumbs up to the hosts.
See you guys again.

An Amazing Stay
The entire setting of the villa was perfect for a vacation in Goa! The property was really well maintained and provided a panaromic view of the nearby Mandovi river. The staff was truly supportive in the services and food preparation. The pool served a cherry on top. The only drawback might be the distance of this location from the main town Goa.

Amazing Experience, rethink the way you holiday
We were a group of 8 colleagues looking for a getaway. While we froze on goa as the destination, we booked this lovely 4 B/R villa on the internet. Having paid up the whole booking amount even before we arrived we were a bit worried how the place would be. All our worries however came to an end when we arrived.The place was more beautiful than the pics.The rooms were 5 star grade. We had a cook and an attendant to ourself. Manoj is a great cook and ensured that we had great food. The swimming pool was great. We had a good experience and hope to visit again in near future.

Fantastic stay in Goa
We were group of 12 and stayed for 3 days. One word for the villa- Fantastic!!. It had everything one could think of for a perfect vacation in Goa, viz-
1)15 mins drive to beach (that stretch of Candolim which was very less crowded)
2) Every utility you can think of in the kitchen ,bedrooms
3) An awesome house help who comes every day and take care of all your needs
To summarize, a perfect place for a group of 10-12 ppl to enjoy Goa!!

Varefamily- You do the perfect justice to your name! What an amazing experience..
Located in a posh and cozy vicinity of Brittona , north Goa. Tropical woods 4bhk villa is "the" place you'd be looking for a pleasant vacation with family and friends. The villa is a chic place with some great interiors and views. Two of its four bedrooms boast of a clear view of the palms. It has a well-kept swimming pool at a stone's throw of a distance. The villa offers great facilities like a real good home theatre system , finest cutlery and cozy lighting. The bedrooms were spacious and really well kept. The cushions , comforters were clean and maintained.The place offers all luxuries as promised. It has all the essential and rejuvenating services nearby.
I'd like to extend a special mention to Mr.Upendra ,the caretaker assigned for our villa. The guy is an all-rounder. At our arrival , we were greeted very well. We never felt the need to order in food from outside as Mr.Upendra cooks some really lip-smacking food. South - Indian, Mughlai, Maharashtrian, English.. you name it!!Trust me, you wouldnt want to miss that either , during the stay! Our laundry services, wifi , daily room maintenance were on-point. The place offers a 5-star experience.
Varefamily , you guys have done a great job in making our stay and Goa trip unforgettable. Mine, was the first ever visit to Goa , and you have set the bars up high in terms of the hospitality you extended. This place is the REAL DEAL!!

It Felt more than Home !.. The Best Home one can have..
"V are Family" actually made us feel like a family to them.. They left no stone unturned in providing us the service.. "The villa is AMAZING" is an understatement to write !.. it is like a dream HOME.. 😍.. Dont give it a second thought before booking.. the location is also in the middle of everything with a pleasant nd soothing view.

AWESOME TRIP TO GOA WITH V R FAMILY
The arrangement made by the V R Family group was commendable and outstanding. Everything was properly managed and not to forget the cooks who made delicious food.Infact we didn't even feel going out of the villas as the private pool was a blessing to the holiday moods.We surely recommend the villas for a blissful holidays.Thanks to Miss Aradhana and Miss Rekha for taking care of every little thing.

Calm, relaxing .. chilling...
We were 4 couples stayed here for 6 days....overall very good memorable experience...privacy was our priority and it stayed up to that.....cook service was excellent one the the USP of Villa is COOK KAKA he prepares home like food ....Villa itself is fully equipped with all utilities...staff is humble and supportive..only con was location is bit remote to find taxi or auto, Villa management needs to find permanent solution to this...and Wifi was only working for 3 days...then after it was not resolved.. otherwise surroundings are very soothing..in the lap of nature in front of river on top of small hill.......Forget hotels come here for sure...

The villa is located in a complex of a handful homes in a quiet village of North Goa called Britona. The historic town of Panaji is a 10-minute drive and Old Goa, Charao & Ribandar are close-by as well.
• SUGGESTED EXPERIENCES AT HOME
- Get tons of rest, soak in the peace and quiet, just do nothing but eat, sleep, and go for a plunge in the swimming pool…
- Seafood BBQ in the garden, with fresh seafood catch from the local fish market at Betim Jetty. Prawns and Kingfish are highly recommended.
- Early morning sunrise over the river Mandovi right from your front balcony, best enjoyed with many cups of Darjeeling tea
Getting around
From your villa, you will need a car to move around. This villa has a car and driver facility, which you need to book as it is shared with one other villa. The cost of this car is on the actual gas consumption and per day driver cost. A taxi can also be arranged; in case the villa car is not available.

• SUGGESTED EXPERIENCES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
- When you feel like getting out, you have tons of options just a 25-45 min away, depending on your mood
- The Betim Jetty is always an experience of the local fish market and also a ferry ride across to Panjim (10-minute drive)
