The main floor boasts a generously sized living space, complete with comfortable pull-out couches, a TV for entertainment, and a fun foosball table to enjoy some friendly competition. Adjacent to the living area, you'll find a large dining table that comfortably seats ten guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen, conveniently connected to the dining room, offers everything you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks during your stay. Continuing through the kitchen and dining room, you'll discover a well-appointed office space with a designated work area, providing a quiet and productive environment. This room also features two smaller fold-out futons and French doors that open to the inviting deck, allowing you to enjoy fresh air and beautiful views. The main floor accommodates a cozy bedroom with a comfortable full-size bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Upstairs, the master bedroom awaits with a luxurious king-size bed, offering a sanctuary of relaxation. Additionally, there are two bedrooms, each equipped with two comfortable queen-size beds, providing ample space for a restful stay. For the younger guests or the young at heart, there's a room with two bunk beds, perfect for a playful and enjoyable experience. With three full bathrooms in the house, including two with tubs (one on the main level and one upstairs) and an additional full bathroom with a shower upstairs, there will be no shortage of convenience and comfort during your stay. Please note that there is a separate B unit located downstairs that may be rented out separately. If you have a larger group and wish to rent the entire property, please inquire about availability and rates. We are pet-friendly, although a pet fee is required. Please kindly note that parties are not permitted. Nature enthusiasts will delight in the proximity to the stunning trails and natural beauty of Red Mountain Park, just a short 20-minute drive away. With its perfect blend of urban convenience and natural wonders, our neighborhood offers an unforgettable experience for every guest. Parking can be limited, so please limit the number of cars your group drives, as street parking can be a challenge on busier days or nights.

Guests will have access to the main home. We do rent out a separate B unit downstairs which has a separate entrance, so the yard and parking are shared with the B unit guests.
