This was our 2nd stay at Teeny Bikini & hopefully will not be our last. The view is unquestionably the best in Gulf Shores with the full wall of windows overlooking the beach. The living area is large with much seating area, fully equipped kitchen & two bedrooms with wonderful baths. The best kept secret at the beach! Wonderful place.

This condo had the best view of the ocean as it is located on the 14th floor. The balcony was very spacious and private. My friend and I enjoyed the beautiful décor and all of the amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed to stay in and cook most of our meals. The kitchen also...

From the moment we walked in everything was in excellent shape and the view jumped out. The decor was very beachy and modern. Everything we needed was there or a phone call away. MINIMUM AGE 23 for booking party, maximum of 4 adults in condo (no adults in bunks) - maximum of 6 guests, 2 must be age 12 and under due to bunks if you have 6 guests.
1) In non-peak times (so other than spring break and peak summer) - at my discretion I MAY offer WEEKNIGHT lower prices so if you have the flexibility to stay Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed nights you may receive lower price depending on demand. This doesn't apply during summer or high-demand seasons, sorry. -- 2) we normally have a 3-nt minimum but I will consider shorter stays if there has been no demand - AND your dates are only a few days away
ADDITIONAL FEES (and these do NOT go in my pocket...out of my control):
~ take your base rental rate X number of nights then add fees in this order:
A) add $100 cleaning
B) add $20 parking pass PER VEHICLE - one-time fee, not daily
C) add 11% Ala Hotel/lodging tax AFTER the cleaning and parking pass (per state of Alabama)
D) add $49 ONE-TIME damage...

About the neighborhood
Gulf Shores, ALABAMA - not Sanibel Florida. Nestled on a narrow sliver of land, we sit between the beach and Little Lagoon so that you have views on both sides of you! In summer, the sun sets over the lagoon (not the beach) so you get a view that many condos miss out on!
Just 2.5 miles west of the HWY 59 "T" and the Hangout. Just before the bridge at West Pass where the state park is on the waterway that connects Gulf to Lagoon. There is NO fighting for beach space where we are, or having to look around someone else's umbrella.
Our location keeps you out of the 'fray' and traffic but there are 25 restaurants within a 5-minute drive, plus the zoo, Waterville, putt-putt, The Track Amusement park, movie theatre, and even a Super-Walmart to purchase anything you nee...
Getting around
25 or more restaurants/bars within a 5-minute drive, plus Super Wal-mart, Walgreens, Rouse's market, General Dollar, souvenir shops, fast food, THE ZOO, Waterville Water Park, putt putt, pizza, souvenir shops...get away from it all with our quiet beach area, but then be right back where you want within just a few minutes! It's the best of both worlds!

about 3 - 4 blocks BEFORE the bridge over the pass on West Beach. The only 'high-rise' for a mile, it's an 18-story cream and terra cotta building.
