This vacation rental was everything listed and MORE! Our family was blown away by the amazing view! This was our second time staying in the Barbie condo (Sanibel 1203) and we absolutely love it! The views are amazing and the condo is gorgeous! Super clean and very roomy! We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and we had plenty of room for everyone and all of our stuff. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need....

About the neighborhood
We are situated on a narrow sliver of land with Gulf in front and 8-mile long Little Lagoon behind us. We are 2.5 miles from the Hwy 59 'T', just before the bridge at the pass connecting Little Lagoon to Gulf. Just out of the fray of traffic, yet 3 minutes back to all the action, restaurants and activities. No fighting for space on the beach when you stay with us! Appx 25 restaurants within a 5-minute drive, plus a super Wal-mart!

Airport: Pensacola (PNS) an hour and 15 minutes or Mobile (MOB) about same: 0.0 mi
Two airports within about an hour and 15 minutes (PNS and MOB); we are located exactly 2.5 miles from the Hangout. Far enough to have uncrowded beaches without the chaos, but close enough to be back in the thick of things within 2 - 3 minutes. Over 30 restaurants plus Super Wal-mart, Rouse's, Walgreens, souvenir shops, fast food, all within a 5-minute drive.
