This place is amazing for nature lovers. Excellent location, away from city, and spacious . Care taker was really helpful . Overall a nice place for a family with dogs. Mr. Prem subramanian ( owner) is very couteous and takes care of every need at just a call away. This is our 6th visit to this property and is always been a good experience.

Beautiful natural getaway near mysore. has a natural stream adjacent to the property. They also have lot of beautiful birds for bird lovers ..overall lovely place to spend time

Our main agenda was to workship in Bhoo Varaha Temple, since we had kids and an adorable pet was looking out for options, Ananka resort popped up in Google, had a short conversation with Prem sir and decided to book this resort for 2N3D, in the beginning, didn't have many expectations, the moment we arrived the resort realized this was the perfect place to getaway! We carried our laptops, mobiles etc., Just turned off everything, had a great time cooking, exploring, swimming, and sleeping, felt like were in heaven. This is the perfect place to forget everything and relax!!! Our children & pet had a wonderful time! My son completely forgot about his gaming console. My daughter explored Cocoa and learned how to make chocolates!! Saturday lunch with country chicken curry (self-cooked) on the Cauvery river bank was the most enjoyable moment of the day. We do recommend this place for nature lovers!!!

Spent a couple of days in ananka farms and had alot of fun as it is surrounded by farms. Lovely place.

It was a amazing stay what I had here in Ananka. I should appreciate Prem sir for all his assistance and hospitality. He was a kind man. The place was good. We enjoyed bathing in river Cavery. There is a small stream behind the property where if kids wants to play which is safe.

Pros Detailed explanation by host regarding the house rules so that you do not have false expectations. Once you are there you are virtually cut off from rest . Fantastic spot to take a dip in Kaveri and total privacy . House well equipped to handle basic needs Cons This is away from city and any major towns/shop centre..Hence transportation and food is difficut You cannot access property if you reach the location after 5 pm ( clearly explained in House rules ( AIrbnb)

Ananka Cottage by the river was okay, not 4 star category as mentioned here on MMT, but though it was good. Staff was co-operative.

What a lovely get away from the chaos of the big cities! The farmhouse is located on a sprawling fruit farm, right next to a river where I bathed each morning during my stay. Prem was a very kind and helpful host as well. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful get-away.

My family (wife and son-2 years) stayed here for 2 days. It was a pleasant experience. We had the whole Kaveri river for our morning baths (which lasted couple of hours each day). My son throughly enjoyed the river experience. Also there are peacocks that visited us in the morning. There was a friendly dog that kept us engaged. We cooked our food with the equipment (stove\induction set\cooker\vessels) provided to us by Prem, who is a wonderful host to talk to. We traveled from Bangalore to this place in our car. All in all it was a nice stay at Ananka. Thank you sir for your support.

A delightful stay indeed with the sound of the river amidst greenery all around. The icing on the cake is Prem and his superb insights into the area are brilliant.
