Each fan-cooled rooms in Mia's Villa comes with two single beds, cloth rack, bed cubed and lots more amenities. beach is just after crossing the road and main surf points, restaurants and night clubs are located within 5-10 minutes walking distance so that the guests can save the money without paying to extra transportation. Warm and great place
It is a family villa so it is warm and welcoming. the room is clean and if you want them to cook something, you can ask them also. Mia is very thoughtful regarding our needs. If i’m coming back to Hikkaduwa, i’ll book the same accommodation. The villa is across the beach and it’s close to restaurants and bars.

Perfect spot for ultimate gateway
Mia’s villa, a cozy place with a homely feeling and lovely people.Mia carries a wealth of knowledge about the city and is always willing to help out his guests to the best he can. Me and two other friends spent a night at his place and it has all the amnesties one could expect for.Great value for money and I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone.Would definitely pay a visit again!

Local amazing fun
Mia sorted us out for everything we needed, plus his family helping out in the villa were so genuinely nice and helpful we couldn't ask for more. Not a big fan of reviews but this one needed doing.

Perfect spot
Mia's always here to help and give advice on where to party or to surf, the room is clean, a bit noisy because of the road but nothing that can't be solved with ball ear. By far one of my favorite guesthouse by what I've seen in Sri Lanka. The guesthouse is near all the great spot of the city, and just 2 min by walk to the beach

The best vila on the world! Very lovely people with pure hart! I enjoyed in their apartment like in no other place on the world! I give them 10 STARS Mia is the wonderful man, he is the best host that I ever have!
