Nice 1 bedroom house with large terrace 50 meters from the beach .
Sea view from terrace on BanTai beach .House with air con, fully furnished. A fully equipped kitchen with gas cook top, full size refrigerator, etc. Bedroom has a king size bed , LCD TV screen , build in closet. Wi-Fi.
Welcome families with small child.We can provide with child bed.
House is safe, located in 3 houses gated complex .
Electric meter 7 thb/unit add to week and month price.
You can use private beach with nice beach bar , restaurant , swimming pool, You can see very amazing sunset on beach .
We do pick up from Phangan pier and also we do transfer from Samui to Phangan by private speedboat.

Absolutely satisfied
Absolutely satisfied with the stay. Nice house, private beach with amazing sunset is perfect (however don't expect Maldives kinda beach), could use the facilities of the resort nearby for free. Jackie was very helpful, chill and easy going.
The house is bigger than the houses in most of the resorts of the island! It provides everything you need, is clean and in good condition.
Recommended .

Fantastic experience.
This place was great, spacious and close to the beautiful Baan Tai beach!
It was nice and quiet place to stay away from the nightlife of Koh Phangan but still close enough to great places to eat and grab a few cocktails. There is a restaurant nearby with great ambiance and right on the beach. The use of the private beach was awesome!
Jacqueline was a great host welcoming us when we arrived and was very responsive to any inquiries we had. I would definitely stay here again.
