My wife and i visited here in Feb/Mar. I dont want to sound completely negative, so I will start with ...The owners Pat and Serge were very helpful. They live on site, and have two units with a pool on one side, and 4 units with a pool on the other side. The location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, 7 11, laundry, etc. The units we were assigned are very nice 2 bed appts, and were brand new...but it was not what I thought we booked. All 19 pictures on TA are of the older 2 units...this is what I expected when we arrived, this is not what we received. Where we stayed the pool was smaller, was cloudy the whole visit, had no step or ladder like the other for ease of entry/exit. Serge had someone there a couple times to try to get the water clear. The older units also had more privacy, and more established vegetation and trees. Being in the 4 unit side meant there was the potential to share the pool and outdoor space with more families..and share we did. We were woken 3-4 times by the kids of other families staying there. The other thing we did not expect, and it is partly my fault , was the need to buy almost everything. We were travelling for 2.5 months, mostly hotels...I did not expect to have to buy toilet paper, garbage bags, soap, etc. The bathrooms had 1 roll of toilet paper, and an additional roll was provided when the room was cleaned midway through our stay. The sheets had only a top sheet. No comforter or blanket. My wife asked Pat and she gave us something that resembled a table cloth. This was perhaps a language issue? Anyway, if you are travelling with a family and know what you are getting going in, this is a beautiful clean and new appt., in a great location. I would suggest however that the TA pictures are updated, or a different ad for the new units be added so renters go in with their eyes open.

Vi är hur nöjda som helst! Fantastisk fina och fräscha hus i toppskick på alla sätt och vis. Det var ett stort väl inrett kök, ett vardagsrum med soffgrupp och TV, två stora sovrum med fantastiskt sköna sängar (första gången det händer i Thailand) och ett modernt toalett/dusch-rum. Loftet på ovanvåningen används inte. Det finns luftkonditionering i alla rum och de fungerar perfekt. Tysta och fina till skillnad från många andra vi upplevt. Väldigt trevlig ägare som fixar och hjälper till med allt man ber om. Tomten är härligt lummig och har en fin pool som hålls i perfekt skick. Trots all växtlighet så var det knappt en enda mygga vilket vi trodde det skulle vara. Det enda som vi blev lite besvikna på var att stranden (södra Long Beach) som ligger bara några hundra meter bort inte var så bra just där. Mycket stenar/klippor och pga av närliggande back-packer-bungalows så var det en hel del glas på stranden. Men, det spelade ingen roll då det bara är att gå upp 50 meter till vägen och hoppa på en tuk tuk och för nästan inga pengar alls åka en bit norrut till valfri del av Long beach. Vi åkte oftast upp till Sayang beach och Thai Cat som har bra med skugga på förmiddagarna och bra lunchrestauranger. Det finns många bra restauranger i närheten av huset och en 7-eleven med bankomat. Det ligger ett bra fransk café "Faim De Loup" ca 100 meter bort, där vi antingen käkade frukost eller köpte med oss baugetter och kaffe hem. Kan absolut tänka mig att komma tillbaka och bo här igen!

Nous avons séjourné pendant 6 jours à 8 (2 familles avec enfants de 10 à 14 ans) dans 2 cottages . Les logements sont spacieux , propres et très confortables .L'emplacement est idéal : prés de la plage ,des commerces , des tuc-tucs .... Mais l' accueil , l' investissement de Pat et Serge pour nous satisfaire , nous organiser des sorties , nous donner de bons tuyaux est un service très très appréciable . Donc merci encore à vous deux pour votre disponibilité , votre gentillesse et pour nous avoir permis de passer un séjour de rêve . Nous comptons bien revenir dans vos murs bien sur !!!

My family and I stayed for a week and we found the cottages to be very good and comfortable. No expense was spared and you can see the quality in build and fit out. The furniture is good and comfortable. The beds were very good. We had my son (7 months old) with us and the facilities catered very well for our needs. It is in the best location and don't get any noise from the road or any surrounding establishments. Nice and quiet. On Koh Lanta to truly explore you will need to rent a bike or car, Serge and Khun Pat (the owners) were able to manage the whole rental process for us. This took out any risk of choosing a bad rental company. In fact Serge and Khun Pat were perfect hosts and helped in every way possible. The cottages inside and out are perfect. My father is very hard to please and he was happy.

Very clean and comfortable villas in a convenient location in a quite part of the beautiful island. Serge and Pat, co-owners were most helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

We really enjoyed our stay here... Serge and Pat were really helpful right from the start; assisting with our transfers, and guiding our taxi to the property. They were also super friendly throughout, and on hand to answer questions ("how much should we pay a tuk-tuk to take us to xxx?). Massive thanks go to Serge for giving me unlimited access to his aloe vera plant to sooth my sun burn! The property was ideal for us; spacious (I'm not sure the pictures do it justice), clean, air-conditioned, fast internet connection, beautiful garden, clean pool, tranquil. There were additional costs for water & electricity, which worked out to be about 165 Baht per day. The cottage is a 2 min walk to the south end of long beach, where you can relax on a lounger, and have a drink at one of the handful of bars (70 Baht for a small Singha :-) ). We actually preferred the south end of the beach; it's quieter, but you still have the usual restaurant/bars, thai massage places, and also a dive centre if you're interested in snorkelling/scuba. We found the property ideally placed for access to other highly rated 'Things to do': Lanta Animal Welfare - 20 min walk Klong Nin Beach - Tuk-Tuk: 250 Baht/way for 2 people Nui Beach - Tuk-Tuk: 280 Baht/way for 2 people Kantiang Bay - Tuk-Tuk: 400 Baht/way for 2 people We were also only a few minutes walk away from Mushroom restaurant where you can eat really well for about 300 Baht per person. We would consider booking this place again, which is really saying something as we don't tend to stay in the same place more than once. Thanks!

Sehr sauber und gepflegte Anlage. Wir hatten beide Bungalows gemietet und waren daher ganz für uns. Der Garten ist sehr schön, ruhig von außen nicht einsehbar. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich gastfreundlich und helfen bei allen Fragen weiter. Die Beschreibung trifft voll zu. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand.

Very modern and comfortable facilities. The proximity to "Long Beach" is a big plus and the owners were exceptionally friendly and would always go out of their way to help. Would definitely come here again

The place is super clean, very tidy, everything is relatively new. The kitchen is quite well equipped. AC works in all rooms. Pool is clean and fresh The garden is beautiful The location is central, near pharmacy, exchange, 7-11, and local stores for fresh tropical fruits. The owners, Pat and Serge are AMAZINGLY kind, helpful and really bend over backwards to make your stay pleasant.

Tout c est très bien passé,la maison est super en tout point autant grandeur que propreté Le seul bémol et encore pour nous ça n a pas été un problème car nous ne mangions pas à la maison sauf le petit déjeuner,nous avons trouvé qu il manquait un peu d ustensiles genre assiettes il y en a quatre et les couverts aussi mais franchement en Thaïlande on ne mange pas à la maison pour beaucoup mais pour ceux qui font leurs repas c est juste mais il suffit de les demander à Serge ou sa femme pour avoir ce qui manque. Un grand plus c est la serviabilité des propriétaires,ils sont à l écoute sans jamais jouer l incruste,ils sont très gentils toujours le sourire aux lèvres,vous arrivez fatigués du voyage,et rien qu en les voyant vous retrouvez votre énergie
