Fantastic house in perfect surroundings
Perched high up on the hill, Villa Velks has it all. Stunning views, beautiful house, en-suite rooms, peace and tranquility and NO mozzies any time of the day. The icing on the cake is the driver who can take you anywhere you want at any time. We didn't feel we missed out not being by the beach. The beach at the bottom of the hill was gorgeous, fine sand, not crowded, lots of lovely local restaurants. Can recommend the beach and restaurant at Had Bang Po and Starry Seafood and the pizza place by the beach. Would highly recommend this villa for large groups of friends with kids or a family reunion.

Exclusive luxury villa, fabulous for a family and friends holiday
Wonderful villa located up the hills of the island for the exclusive stunning view of the bay and tranquil environment, but yet convenient and hassle free to get by around the island, as the villa also provides a private chauffeur service, which includes airport transfers and day to day traveling around the island.
There’s also an house cleaning service, where the maid would come in to tidy up, do all the dishes and even laundry!!! Pressed!!! Apparently you could also ask her to cook for you, but we’ve not tried.
There's a private pool suitable for baby toddlers on the shallow end to the water bombers on the deeper end. A well fully furnished kitchen, billiard table, study, 5 ensuite bedrooms... a perfect place for hosting a family and friends holiday. We had 4 families staying at the villa and there was plenty of space for all the adults and children relaxing together or separately, without feeling being on top of each other at any time.
We really enjoyed our one week’s stay there! All fingers and toes up for scoring!

6 Star Accomodation at Villa Velks
Had an awesome time at Villa Velks! It was better than advertised and the pictures do not do the place justice!
Resting on top of a hill, it provides for breath-taking views of Samui. If you are in search of a serene and tranquil escape for your next vacation, look no further. This is the perfect place to chill, relax and re-charge. Everything you need is here, nothing more you can ask for really.
The hosts were top-notch and the staff was courteous and friendly. As an added bonus, a car and driver is available to take you anywhere in the island. Would definitely love to go back!

Amazing villa
We have stayed several times over the past years. Great villa and amazing views plus lovely housekeeper and family, who will help you with anything you need. A must stay. We love it.

A beautiful location with all amenities for a fabulous vacation.
Villa Velks was as good as we hoped based on the pictures and description on Trip Advisor. We were a group of 6 adults and 1 toddler and there was general agreement that this was everyone's most relaxing vacation ever. The views from the deck and pool were spectacular. The staff were great, keeping the villa spotless and driving us all around the island. If Koh Samui were closer to Canada, we would be back every year.

Fantastic Villa - 10/10
Samui is a busy island, but you wouldn't have a clue at Velks. It's location is perfect - just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, and just close enough to be convenient for shopping, drinks, bars etc. Set on the hillside the views mix between ocean and jungle and are just wonderful. All facilities fully functional, everything new and well maintained, lovely swimming pool, great view from the pool table in the evening and to boot - Prear and Tow are the first class in house team who look after Velks. They live adjacent to the villa and you wouldn't know they were there. Prear cooked some of the best Thai food we've ever had.
The outdoor dining (drinking) areas offer a beautiful sunset over the sea and a nice place to have a bottle of wine. Absolutely no complaints, couldn't be any better than it is. For a group or family visit with or without kids, this place is made for it.
Recommend visiting Ang Thom Marine Park and playing Foot Golf.

If I could keep a second home as an escape to paradise, this would be it
Already planning a return trip back. :)
A beautiful house - we had a very relaxed trip this time. Enjoyed the pool, read some books, drank some champagne, enjoyed the wonderful movie selection and had some of the best thai food I've ever had (and I've had a lot) from the cook and driver on staff. Next time, I think we'll share our discovery with some more friends, take advantage of the amazing sound system, great kitchen and grill, billiards table, and throw our own version of what I imagine adult spring break should look like. :)
Gorgeous place, secluded enough to relax or blast the stereo, a quick drive to great tiny beachfront restaurants, the driver and house chef were amazing and welcoming, made themselves available, but were conscientious about when they came in to cook and/or clean. We'll be back - and I plan on convincing them to let me help them cook so I can maybe take away some tips on how to make thai food at home.
Definitely check it out if you get the opportunity.

Wonderful Days
Villa Velks is a wonderful place that you should stay during your holiday.The house keeper is very nice and Mr.Tow is very helpful.We have 7 ppl this time and the villa is big enought to hold us , everyone have their private space in the villa. The fabulous swimming pool is highly recommened!!
We will come back next year!

u wont beat villa velks!!!
We stayed at Villa Velks during August 2014 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was great with the most beautiful views, which you can enjoy whilst you eat your evening meal in the sala enjoying the sunset. The villa was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable, and was perfect for all ages.
Our holiday wouldn't have been the same without the great help and care from Tow and Pray. Tow provided the transport anytime we wanted, showing us the local town and suggesting some of the local Thai places to eat. Whilst Pray took care of the villa, providing anything we needed as well as cooking meals. Definitely recommend trying some of Pray's Thai food, it was delicious!
Overall, we had an amazing stay in Villa Velks and can't wait to go back!

We'll be back!!
Villa Velks was the perfect accommodation for meeting up with old friends from around the world. No longer single travellers but families with young children! Tau and Plair were the most wonderful hosts. Consistently friendly, helpful and ever patient.
The villa has ample accommodation that is simply but tastefully decorated. The swimming pool is a welcome reprieve after a full day at the beach and the view over the island is quite something to behold!
The villa has all mod cons and entertainment for all ages.
All in all a fabulous stay and we hope to be back in the near future!!

The west side of Koh Samui is calm and relaxing, far enough away from the main crowd to chill but not to far to get back into it if that's what you want.
The villa is extremely peaceful with cool mountain breezes never too far away and is south facing to get the sun ALL day long.
