Our home is fancy and comfortable . The best part is that sunset seen from all over the property. Have you seen the Green Flash? Be sure to look for it from our serene bay of Gibson Bight, one of Roatan's most protected bodies of water.
When not enjoying the house or the water in front of it your a quick drive to Roatan's favorite areas. West Bay, West End, main shopping areas and groceries as well as the Roatan airport. This convenient location lets you really enjoy all Roatan has without wasting your vacation in taxis or cars just trying to get somewhere.
Let us tell you a bit more about the home, grounds and amenities. Not only does the home sit right on a quiet private beach and we have a pier, but it also has a full oversized pool (with an ocean view), multiple outdoor living areas and full high speed internet coverage.
Casa de Admirada features the following floor plan with 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths: The 2nd Floor of the main building has the biggest interior gathering area and kitchen, a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a 2nd master guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms en-suites. There is a wraparound screened porch with sunset view. As you would expect the house is equipped with all the amenities and the kitchen is great for the chef in your group with everything you need.
The first floor of the main house features two seperate mini suite bedroom/apartments. Each with a separate entry that makes for a great private area and one more reason that this home is so popular for couples traveling together. No one gets a bad room! first apartment suite has a king-sized bed. The 4th bedroom with separate entry has a kitchenette and lounge area with a separate bedroom off with a queen-sized bed. Both rooms have their own separate full bathrooms, living area with TV and kitchen. And of course, ocean view.
Out on the side of the pool deck, there are two large individual cabanas suites with ocean views. Each cabana is really large and comfy with concrete construction and well insulated for sound. Queen-sized beds, full bathroom, sitting area with pullout couch, mini fridge, microwave oven, coffee pot, and TV.
The common areas include a big covered BBQ area, screened-in 2nd floor porch, outdoor palapa and wet bar at the pool, huge pool deck, white sand beach, dock, multiple kayaks as well as paddle boards. A full size laundry room with an extra bathroom off the pool area, landscaped tropical gardens and an onsite caretaker that lives in his own separate home at the back of the property and is available to help you with anything you need.
All of this is steps to the beach and just minutes to West End. For the active guests enjoy a quick swim, kayak or paddle board to the mouth of the bay where you an snorkel the coral reef.
