DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

One circle is too much! DO NOT BOOK HERE! Property was misrepresented, owner responded very sympathetically and promised full refund, HOWEVER, once we left property and booked elsewhere, all communication from owner stopped completely. NO reply to phone calls or emails, NO refund as promised, NO resolution VACASA, property management company, did NOTHING to help us. DO NOT BOOK HERE, do not trust OWNERS or MANAGEMENT

STAY AWAY

BEWARE, Rock Point Villas, Sandy Bay, Roatan DO NOT BOOK HERE. Amenities are not as advertised. Representative will appear very professional and sincere but will promise to address issues and then cease all communication. Compensation was PROMISED and that was the last contact we had. Not impressed!

Beautiful Comfortable Vacation Villa

Top Notch Vacation rental! Have stayed many places in Roatan before, but no place like this! Everything there was brought from States except block, mortar, and re-barb. Beds are off the chart, comfy and big! Beautiful furnished and the Garden and outside living areas are dreamy! Also great service from the staff!! We already booked for next year! You will enjoy your stay!

OFFICE HOURS: 8AM - 4PM MON - SUND We are located in Sandy Bay one and a half block after Lawson Rock at the entrance of hotel Puerta Azul. Our property is surrounded by lush tropical environment with a path to the Caribbean Sea. We offer free shuttle service from the airport or Ferry to the villa back and forth.
