The apartment is situated on the top ( 2nd floor ) overlooking the main pool area as can be seen from the photographs on the site. The unusually large balcony has a 3 piece suit and a dining table with 4 chairs overlooking the main pool and is a particular feature and convienience for many of our guests. We have received many comments about how much they enjoyed lazing on the private balcony during the day or partying with other guests in the evening. The apartment offers all the necessary and more luxury essentials needed for your holiday. Satellite TV with a 32' flat screen LCD TV, DVD/CD player and Sony Playstation2 + over 20 games. One bedroom with a king size bed and one with 2 singles. The lounge area also has a sofa-bed which sleeps a further 2 people. The apartments location offers you the advantage of the quieter serenity of being outside the main town areas whilst only being a short distance taxi ride away from all you would require for your holiday. Naama Bay (20 mins away) is the centre of Sharm el Sheikh with a bussling nightlife providing many bars/dicos & restaurants. There is also an array of shopping available ranging from Euro boutiques to Egyptian bazaars. Nabq Bay (5 mins away) is a smaller version of Naama bay offering a good selection of bars & restaurants for a slightly more laid back evening. There are also 3 english bars their for you to enjoy. Soho Square (10 mins away ) is for a posh more exclusive evening out. The whole area is owned by the Savoy hotel group with sophisticated bars & restaurants. Musical fountains and even an ice-rink. There is also an old fashioned english pub with gardens. Entertainment pavillion and more. Sharks Bay (10 mins) is the prime location for diving, snorkelling etc. You can also use the beach if you prefer., Old Sharm market area (25 mins away) Like stepping back 100 years to the old arab style market stalls. The complex also offers a very cheap taxi service which you can call upon at any time day/night. Fully fitted kitchen with additional items such as toast sandwich maker, cocktail jug & glasses. We also provide beach towels in the apartment for youjr use to help save on your baggage space. For golfers the Jolie Ville golf resort is just 10 minute taxi ride away. The 5* Tiran sunrise hotel just next door also has an aquapark which you can visit for the day and is great fun for kids & adults alike. The daily price also offers a 3 course lunch and the use of their bech just 5/10 mins walk away. The complex also has a computer room offering internet access. Book exchange also available.More

The main bedroom has patio doors leading onto the balcony as does the main lounge area. The balcony overlooks the main pool and is equipped with a cushioned 3 piece suite & coffee table for relaxing. There is also a dining table & 4 chairs on the balcony for your meal times. In addition to the already stated items in the kitchen, there is a toast sandwich maker, cocktail shaker & jug & glasses. All casserole, microwave and pyrex dishes are available as well as picnic ware for your use. We also provide several beach towels for your use. All rooms fully air conditioned with their own seperate remote controlled units. A must in the hotter months. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and laundered before and after every let with fresh linen & towels etc provided. If you require any additional cleaning during your holiday the houseboys will provide this service for a small fee.

About the neighborhood
The local town of Nabq bay just 5 mins away from the apartment has a good selection of bars & restaurants that include 3 local english bars. Whilst it offers a quiter more relaxed night out then the hussle & bussle of Narma Bay it still provides the option to let you hair down if you prefer. It also boasts the largest supermarket in Sharm and will provide everything you need for your hols. In addition for us lazy brits they will deliver to the apartment for around 50p per delivery. The 5* Pataya beach in Nabq which you will be able to use as our complex has a special agreement with the owners is fabulous. Typical lagoon where you can swim or walk out for miles, the beach is extremely safe for children and also has a childrens pool. Hammocks & sunbeds in the water. Restaurant & bars etc. ...
