Villa
The villa is located near the town of Pore?, 10 minutes away from the sea and a few beautiful beaches marked with a blue flag.<BR><BR>The villa has been reconstructed based on an old Istrian house built in the mid 19th century. The former house used to be the centre of a large farm which included farm buildings, space for domestic animals, etc. Mr. Šime, born in 1908, was the previous owner and the villa was named after him.<BR><BR>Villa Simone is located on 1500 m2. The size of the house is 140 m2 which are distributed over three levels. There are 3 balconies/terraces with a total area of 100 m2. ? There is also a summer kitchen in the courtyard with a barbecue and a large swimming pool with massage jets. The Villa is air conditioned, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped.

Please do not smoke in the flat. Smoking is allowed in outside areas but not in the house,
