Apartment TANJA, located in Cavtat on a small hill, very close to it's historic core and not far from the pearl of Adriatic - Dubrovnik Old City(18km). It is perfect location for quite and relaxing holidays, at the same time having option to visit Cavtat with it's harmonius architecture and beautifull promenades and beaches on the cristal clear Adriatic Sea, Dubrovnik Old City- monument of culture and architecture, Konavle region, beautiful islands along this area and lot of other interesting destinations . It is only 5km from Dubrovnik airport
Apartment TANJA is nice apartment with balcony & sea view and free of charge parking place. It is consisted of bedroom, living room with pull-out couch, mini kitchen and bathroom. Nearby is children's and sports playground, supermarket, restaurant ...

Everything we could of asked for and more...
Enjoyed a lovely 8 night stay here. Apartment was comfortable, clean and within great distance of amenities. 15min drive to the airport, 10min walk to the beach and restaurants, 2min walk to the bus stop which will take you into Dubrovnik. Really accommodating hosts and we could not of asked for a better place to stay. Enabled us to cook when we wanted but also be in walking distance to go out and eat. Thank you!!!!

Excellent stay
The apartment was perfect for us and the hosts are a lovely couple (Mato and Tanja). We were picked up and returned to the airport without any problems at no extra charge. We were given privacy but they were always available. There was a bottle of wine, water and fruit on our arrival and they also left us fruit and veg from their own garden in a bag on our door handle. We were also given a memento of our stay as we departed and some home-made liqeur.
The apartment was as described and is perfect for a couple. The aircon is new and quiet. There is only one aircon unit in the living area but this cools the whole apartment sufficiently providing the door between living area and bedroom is open. This could be a problem if 4 were sharing the apartment and wanted privacy.
There are modern shutters on the windows which block out all light. The windows are double-glazed, which is important because Cavtat is on the flight path to Dubrovnik airport . This is obviously convenient but can be noisy at times, although it didn't affect our sleep.
The description of the apartment mentions it being located at the top of a small hill. This is true but there is also a very steep hill from bay upto that level before the small hill. There is a local bus stop that is convenient for Dubrovnik. We also used this to get back from the town to the top of the first hill.

Superbe appartement avec une magnifique vue qui s'étend jusqu'à Dubrovnik. Les propriétaires d'une extrême gentillesse et d'une disponibilité hors du commun nous ont réservé un accueil des plus chaleureux. Un lieu idéal pour visiter cette région, une petite station balnéaire de caractère qui détend après le tumulte de Dubrovnik.

Lovely apartment, great views, kind and considerate hosts.
This is a lovely apartment furnished to a high standard with everything a visitor would require. The views over Cavtat and towards Dubrovnick are stunning. Tatiana and Mato proved to be kind and considerate hosts who ensured that everything was in place for a fantastic holiday. Once again thank you to them and Mato's parents for making our stay memorable for all the right reasons.

superb apartment,great hosts
stayed at apartment tanja with my wife for one week 24/06/2015,we would like to say a very big thank you to mato, tanya and maria they could not have been more helpful with our stay in beautiful cavtat, they were fantastic hosts and could not do enough for us,the apartment has fantastic views and was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would need for a self catering holiday and was very good value for the money.if their was to be a negative it would be the walk back up the hill, but it wasnt a problem for us but you could could get a taxi any way.

A nest where come back after a day discovering Cavtat
We spent a 4 night vacation (family of 3 people with one child) and since we saw Tanjia smile we've been sure that everithing was going to be great.
The apartment was accurately clean and fully equipped.
The hosts (mato, Tanja and Maria) were the kind of people that you bring in your memories after leaving.
Everithing was but perfect.
The apartment is as described, and hosts three people max. It's on the hill above the old city that you can reach by 10 min on feet: near the center without the noise of the center.

Great place, the best welcome ever.
This apartment is a little gem on a hill in Cavtat. Everything you could possible need during your stay is provided for. The owners Mato and Tanja are the best hosts and thought of everything. The apartment was spotllessy clean and there was fruit from the garden and some free drinks in the refrigerator. Mato picked us up at the airport at no extra costs and showed us, on the way home, where to go and advised about some restaurants and things to do. Which we all did and had a great time. It is very quiet in the accommodation, except for some planes flying over, as the airport is not far away., but that didnot disturb us at all. Our free transfer back was very pleasant again, despite the first day of rain. Mato kept us dry with his umbrellas. To walk back from the village to the apartment you should be in reasonable shape, though you can also take a bus or a taxi.

Wonderful views from this apartment
Mato met us from the airport and was charming and helpful in giving us lots of information about the best way to see Dubrovnik. He drove us down to the village to help us get our bearings and show us the shortcut for walking to town. The apartment was spotless everything looked new. There was fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. The village was a good 10 minute walk and a supermarket just at the end of the road.
I must say I have never been made so welcome anywhere before. Maria was lovely and so kind in bringing us homemade cake and cheese pies. We had clean towels most days and lots of loo rolls. Will definitely be staying with these wonderful people again. Cavtat is fabulous.

Amazing apartment,lovely hosts:)!!!
We had a fantastic 2 week stay is this lovely apartment. right from the onset we were made feel so welcome, with Tanja and her lovely father in law ,Anto meeting us at the airport to take us to the apartment, this service was offered totally free of charge.
We were met at the apartment by Maria(we met Mato later as he was working) The family are so lovely and friendly and couldn't do enough for us but at the same time we were given our own privacy.
Mato was happy to give us information about the locally amenities and always took time to pass the time of day with us.
The apartment is spotless,the bedding was changed 3 times in our 2 weeks and we had plenty of clean towels with Tanja continually asking if we had enough and giving us fresh ones every other day!
There is a supermarket a few minutes from the apartment and also a lovely restaurant within 5 minutes walk,but the main village is a good 15minute walk at the bottom of 2 hills, which we didn't mind walking every day but there is a great bus and taxi service available if walking isn't your thing:)!!
We are definitely intending in going back to Cavtat and we most definitely be staying at this apartment.
Can't wait to get the chance to go back and sit out on the balcony watching the sunset...an amazing site and also beautiful views across to the nearby villages from the balcony!!
