Located next to the historic Parks Mill built around 1790, this romantic and cozy creekside bungalow comes fully equipped with complete kitchen and clean bedrooms. Everything you need is here, including the gorgeous sounds and views from nature. Picturesque and bucolic, sounds of rushing water from the waterfall, views that only nature can provide, with a tranquil and quiet atmosphere where recreation or creative work can be maximized. Kitchen and bathroom are stocked with everything you may need. Includes cleaning fee. Tour of interior of the mill which is still fully equipped with original machines are upon request at check in.

This is a non smoking environment and there is no smoking on the property. Please take care using fire as the property has antique buildings. Use only the facilities included in the rental and do not construct ad hoc fire places. All exterior decks are usable and included in the booking. Please clean up after yourselves and bag up all of your garbage and dump in the bins provided to you. Please return all furniture to original places. Additional guests may not exceed 6 people.
