This modern apartment is quite comfortable, very well equipped, spacious and in a great location. It’s only 15 minutes from downtown Austin and about the same to gorgeous Lake Travis.
There are also terrific nearby restaurants (Reale’s for great Italian food), coffee shops and family-oriented entertainment options.
Everything worked perfectly except for one minor inconvenience, but the on-site maintenance person fixed that in 10 minutes. That kind of responsiveness is rare with short term rentals.
We WILL be back!

Amazing stay
Lovely apartment in a good location, the amenities were great the surrounding neighbourhood and parks are lovely and an enjoyable walk.
Gary was very understanding of any delays I had and was quick to respond to any questions I had.
Would deffinetly stay again next time I'm in Austin

Perfect Condo
Every year, my husband, another couple and I pick and city to visit and spend a week exploring. This year we chose Austin. While not in the heart of the city, this condominium unit gave us the perfect launch point to explore. Before we arrived, the owner reached out a few times to see if we had questions and we received detailed instructions from him via text. When we arrived, we found the unit to be exactly as pictured and described. It was neat and filled with all of the staples we needed. All we needed was to fill the refrigerator. This was a great experience!
