House Rental

Charming 1940's single family bungalow home with original hardwood floors, original knobs and other fixtures, backyard, and plenty of parking. We completely remodeled the home in 2016, but maintained its original character and charm. There's a full 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a twin bed in a 3rd bonus room/office to sleep a total of 5 people. The bonus room has a desk and chair and makes for a perfect office. The office is open to the kitchen without a private door. Complimentary laundry facility is included. The home has everything that you would need from dishes, pots and pans, a toaster, stove, refrigerator, table and chairs, towels, and fresh sheets. Perfect location and impecibally clean

This is a nice, perfect size bungalow, just around the corner from the UT campus that suited us perfectly. Quite, clean, and ours for the weekend, with a location that made all of our travels around Austin easy. Highly recommended, and we will look to stay here again the next time we visit.

Charming home in nice neighborhood!

This home was exactly as pictured. Large clean rooms, lovely redo of an old home filled with character and charm yet everything needed for our family of 5. Huge kitchen with great stove, fridge, and dishwasher available made it easy to make meals during our stay. The home is a very close walk to several restaurants and an easy drive to the pharmacy and grocery. Great location- we went to several downtown sights and easily got on the expressway to hiking, zoo, and drives out of Austin for short day trips. Very easy entry and terrific owner to answer questions and offer suggestions for our stay.
