There will be USD 25 to be charge hourly before or after 2pm check-in time. •Check-Out time is at 12pm. You may smoke outside. •Use of kitchen should only be for light cooking and should be cleaned up after usage. •All rubbish are deposited in garbage bins & soiled dishes are cleaned & put away accordingly. •No linens or towels are lost or damaged. •All keys are returned & unit must be locked at all times. Other Thing To Noted: -Strictly no smoking. Extra cleaning will be charge RM200 if found smoking. -Strictly no party, if found having any kind of big or small party, RM380 will be charge from security deposited or guests will asked to leave without refund. -Kitchen, kitchen appliances and dishes need to be clean or pay RM50 for our cleaner to clean for you. -Rubbish should be in the dustbin or dispose into the refuse room, If rubbish found everywhere RM50 will be Charge from security deposited too. -Strictly no pet allows. -No door shoe. -Turn off all power when not in use or leaving the house. Pool & Gym access will be charged by the management for RM50 per week per person. Children below 16 is free. 7 days advance booking is needed and will deduct directly from your deposit. Notice: 1 unit car parking free for 1 apartment only. Other car parking is charge by the management (RM15 max. per day)
