Personal toilet is beside the room. It comes with shower hose and basin.
There's an electrical cooker, pots, frying pan and dining utensils at the kitchen.
Refrigerator will be provided.
Gym, mini market and library is located at the 4th floor.
Swimming pool, kids room, TV room is located at 5th floor.
Rooftop swimming pool at level 37.

2. No drugs/Excessive alcohol consumption.
3. Please take off your shoes and place them at the designated area.
4. Please gently move your luggages to prevent scratching on the floor.
5. Please keep the volume low in the condo, do not make any loud noise to prevent getting complaint from the neighbors and management.
6. To save energy, please switch off all lights, electrical appliances, water heater switch and air conditioners before leaving the condo or not in used.
7. Please dispose the trash to the refuse room near lift lobby.
8. Please input the correct number of guests checking in, we will charge double on the extra guests which are not declared in advance.
9. Please declare damages, scratches or breakages if any when you check out.
10. All rubbish and waste should be pack in bags and place into the garbage room.
11. Do not hang clothes outside. Please use dryer provided.
12. Please lock the main doors all the time
13. Please note check in is anytime after 3.00pm.
14. Please note check out time is by 12.00pm.

Great KLCC view from the rooftop and dining restaurant at the top most floor.
Merdeka Square, KLCC, Bukit Bintang and night clubs are located within 7 mins drive.
Putra World Trade Centre is located behind of my apartment. The venue host different fairs every week. (Home, Baby, Books, Cars, Jewellery fairs)
Getting around
There is a KTM train subway just in front of house, and a LRT subway station just after at the Putra Sunway Shopping Mall (3 minutes away). Both subways provides great accessibility around Klang Valley.
I usually advise friends to travel with Uber/Grab around the city as it's cheap and reliable. UBER/GRAB is conveniently at your service via request from your smartphone. Just install the UBER/GRAB apps onto your smartphone and make bookings in a jiffy.
