During the sommer (June, July and August) you can rent our cozy, bright and quite flat in one of the greenest parts of the historical city center of St. Petersburg.

Parking is possible in the closed but not guarded court yard and there is also place for bicycles.

A bus stop is just around the corner. Only 5 minutes by feet and you can catch the Trolleybuses with the number 5, 7 or 11. One of them comes every 5 to 10 Min and will bring you for only 28 Rub and within 20 min to the Nevsky Prospect.
Depending on the traffic situation you can reach with them also the famous Hermitage within half an hour.
Another option is a pleasant walk right through a couple of typical court yards, or along the famous Smolney Cathedral, the big and beautiful Tavaritshesky Garden up to the Metro Station “Sherneshevskaya“.
A supermarket and a couple of smaller shops are just around the corner and also two quite nice restaurants.
Prices:
The minimum stay is 4 nights, preferable we are locking forward to find guests for a one week stay.
We recommend this apartment to be rented by 2 to 8 adults. We prefer couples, families and small groups of friends of all ages.
Towels, bed linen and the final cleaning of the flat are included in the price.
The basic price is 140/160 € per night for 1 to 2 persons. (See Flipkey price details)
For every person on top we are calculating 20/25 Euros on top of the basic price.
Kids up to 12 years are free and in general we are open to discuss discounts for longer stays.
Rooms and arrangement of the beds:
Beside the three month during summer we are using the apartment for us and therefore bed arrangements come as follows:
3 kid rooms, each with one single standard bed (2m by 80 and also 90cm)
1 balcony living room with a sleeping sofa, possibly for one or two persons
1 kitchen living room with a sleeping sofa, possibly for one or two persons
1 sleeping room with one double bed (1.6 x 2 m) for one or two persons
Special Notes:
We are a none smoking house and would prefer guests without pets.
To convert your request to a confirmed booking we require a prepayment of two nights. Please note that we won't pay this money back if you will cancel your booking. Only if you cancel more than 4 month before your booking, we are willing to pay you 50% of your prepaid sum back.
Die Wohnung ist fantastisch für diejenigen wie uns, die gern selbstbestimmt frühstücken oder sich auch mal abends selbst etwas brutzeln wollen - St. Petersburg ist ja nicht gerade preiswert. Alles ist vorhanden, super wohnlich und sehr, sehr aufgeräumt - wir haben uns gleich wieder wie zuhause gefühlt (nach unserem letzten Aufenthalt dort vor vier Jahren). Angenehm ruhig gelegen (Park fußläufig), trotzdem verkehrstechnisch super angebunden, mit den Bussen downtown hat man gleich die halbe Stadtbesichtigung inklusive, Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Vielen Dank für dieses Home away from home!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful city
My family (2 adults with three children) stayed in this lovely, spacious, comfortable apartment in June 14-19 2015. This apartment is located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood in SPB. It is absolutely perfect for families given its size (4 bedrooms) and location. It is away from the city center but this was perfect for us after touring all day.
Nils, the owner of the apartment was always available by telephone and email when we had questions. He speaks excellent English. Prior to arrival he promptly answered all email queries.
I can think of no negative aspects about this apartment. Our family had a wonderful time in SPB and we would definitely stay in this apartment if we were to return.

Large apartment in a quiet area
Nils' apartment is large with 4 bedrooms and a sitting room with balcony. The apartment is equipped with everything. Location is OK if you don't mind taking 10-15 minutes trolley bus to city center. The only drawback is the hot weather and mosquitos in summer. In addition, the builidng is under renovation and the staircases are dirty. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet.

It was planned and promised to us that the staircase renovation will be done in June latest, so what was a real minus for you will turn out a real plus at least for future guests.
The summer was really extremely hot this year. Such a summer I have seen only one or two times before during my 18 years in St.Petersburg. This was tough! I agree.
St. Petersburg was build on a swamp 300 years ago and mosquito are still a real issue almost each summer. We have nets in front of all windows and hand out special fumigators but it does not help 100%.

Away from the behemoth tourist buses
Out of town centre, the apartment is very light and comfortable. The lift is a bit scarey though, definitely looks original so if you can't walk up 4 flights this is not for you. It is an easy trip to Nevsky Prospect by trolley bus, choice of 3, and the street has at least 3 deli shops and small supermarkets as well as a lovely coffee shop and bar and a great pub next door. The kitchen is wonderful to sit in and have a peaceful breakfast in before heading out for the day
10 minutes walk away is a delightful park looking onto the historic Smolny Institute, bastion of Soviet power in 1917.

Schöne und große Stadtwohnung in St. Petersburg
Wir haben eine Woche mit fünf Personen in der geräumigen, hellen, sauberen und schön eingerichteten Privatwohnung gewohnt und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Og eines altbaus in einer ruhigen Straße und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Mit ihren großen Zimmern, 2 Bädern, der großzügigen Küche etc. bietet sie reichlich Platz.
Die Lage in der Nähe des Taurischen Gartens und der Smolny-Kathedrale ist nah an der Innenstadt (ca. 3 km zum Moskauer Bahnhof und Newskij Prospekt) und doch weit genug davon entfernt für etwas mehr Ruhe vom Großstadtlärm. Ein Diksi-Supermarkt und mehrere kleinere Lebensmittelläden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.
Die Vermieter haben für uns die Visa und den Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert, alles lief reibungslos und der Kontakt war sehr nett.
Die Wohnung war absolut die richtige Wahl, wir würden jederzeit gern wieder kommen und hier wohnen.

Unkompliziert & Komfortabel
Wir waren eine Woche in Petersburg in Nils Wohnung untergebracht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Super eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel. Durch die zwei Bäder kann man auch mit mehreren Personen unkompliziert zurechtkommen. Einzig das Treppenhaus war ein kleiner Kulturschock für uns ;o) Von der Wohnung aus kann man schnell und günstig per O-Bus die Innenstadt erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeit gleich um die Ecke.
Super geklappt hat die Organisation des Flughafentransfers und unser ausflug zum Katharinenpalast. Mit Nadja hatten wir immer eine verlässliche ansprechpartnerin vor Ort.
Um die wichtigsten Highlights von Petersburg zu sehen, sollte man mindestens eine Woche einplanen.
Wir kommen gern wieder!

Make yourself at home!
It was a quite easy communication, easy to make the Reservation. Someone picked up us at the airport "Pulkovo" and did show the appartment and explained the most important things in English. The appartment is located in a quiet residential area. From there it is a short way to the next Metro Station, bus or tram. The appartement is wonderful, big rooms with tender loving furnishing. We love it and would like to come back as soon as possible.

For me the best place to stay in St Petersburg
It is a beautiful flat containing 5 rooms. Location is about 10 min (by bus) from the downtown. It was my second stay in this flat and I will of course come back. The owner is a very nice person and helped us with everything.

Gorgeous apartment
My mother and I sincerely enjoyed our time in this apartment - it was a very clean and attractive apartment withs lots and lots of space. Nils was a very considerate owner and kindly arranged for a driver to pick us up and drop us off at the airport, which was hugely helpful. The city centre was just a short bus journey away and there was a lovely pub nearby that served good food (pointed out to us by Nils).

A large bright and comfortable apartment close to Smolny
This apartment offers everything that is relevant and important for a city tourists. A very spacious apartment, perfect for a family or group of up to four people, located in a quiet but relatively central location. Very helpful and friendly owner who understands the customers' needs very well.
Transfer from the airport to the apartment and back can also be arranged by the owner.
In general, this accommodation can be fully recommended. We would like to rent the apartment in this beautiful city again.

About the neighborhood
Very calm and green area of St. Petersburg. The city administration with its nice park ist just a 5 Min. walk from the flat and so the big Tauric Garden and the area of the Consulates.
The Smolney Cathedral is as well very close.
However you can be in the city center within 15 to 20 min with a very good bus connection or as well by Subway.
After returning back from your advantures day you will be happy to enjoy the rest of your day in our spacious nice flat or on our balcony.

How to get there
We offer airport transfers. Our driver will meet you at the airport and help you with the luggage.
The ride with the car does very much depend on the traffic situation and will take between 45 and 90 min in the worse case.
You also can take a car right at the airport, but make sure you take one from official service!
Do NOT take a car from a person who might offer a ride to you. It will cost you a fortune. The maximal price to be paid for a car from the airport to the city center is around 30 to 40 Euro.
Another way is by bus and Metro but this will take you quite a while. I would estimate around 120 Min.
