This cozy apartment is on the first floor of an old building and it is in the the historic city. The location is perfect. You are going to have anything you need within an arm´s reach. Regular and non-stop supermarkets, ATMs, currency exchange offices, restaurants, bars and pubs, bakeries. The apartment is excellent for two people, or couples. The apartment overlooks a lighted courtyard; it has a terrace where guests have the opportunity to smoke. I will be happy to provide you with any information on the city.

I'd like to ask my guests to avoid making excessive noise as there are many elderly people living in the building. Also, I'd like to ask you not to smoke inside the flat, smoking in the courtyard, though, is perfectly acceptable.
