Great views from balcony
Stayed here 6 nights and overall found it a good base from which to see the area. We had good instructions on how to find the apartment and the reception on the ground floor made the entry easy enough. Apartment is very big with good areas for lounging with a lot of TV channels including in English, an eating area, a small but functional kitchen and two bedrooms. Decor and furniture is a little dated but is fine for a holiday rental. Bed is reasonably comfortable.
Location is fantastic with great views over the city and towards the Dark Hills, there are lots of interesting goings on on the roundabout if you look over the balcony rail. Is genuinely the penthouse and one of only a few apartments, all on the top floor, with a balcony. There is a good supermarket round the corner so finding food isn’t a chore. We didn’t find a restaurant we fancied locally but didn’t really look very hard, there are a lot of fast food outfits around. Area is not really a tourist location however we walked around quite a lot and at no time felt threatened or in danger. It felt like a safe area with regular citizens going about their business.
Main criticisms would be anything associated with plumbing. Bath had a complex arrangement of taps, water wasn’t always hot and if certain tap positions were selected the floor flooded (though not badly). Downstairs toilet didn’t flush properly and the tap on the kitchen sink was wobbly. Also aircon systems seemed temperamental, never really maintaining a constant temperature. I felt it needed a couple of days maintenance work to get it up to scratch.
Overall though we liked the place, were able to book trips with a guy at reception called Ryan and for the price this apartment was very good value. I would definitely recommend this as a way to see ‘real’ Cebu rather than getting caught up in the very tourist hotels in the Lapu Lapu area. We would stay here again if visiting Cebu.

A ONE OF A KIND PENTHOUSE UNIT IN CEBU!
We had awesome stay! centrally located in the heart of Cebu Philippines.
The view at the balcony was superb and breath taking.You will see the mountain while you're in the City,and at night you will see a magnificent light in and around the area. Over all is best spot to relax.
The penthouse is fully equipped with a modern lay out. Very spacious living area, fast wifi and most of all very tidy and CLEAN. It has high ceiling with a nice chandelier.
The master's bed room has a comfy king size bed with built in Jacuzzi , while you soak with bubbles you will be able to see the view of the city which is perfect.
The 2nd bedroom was a bonus which is perfect for my family who came and stay with us.
There were also available car park, swimming pool.
For adventurous individuals, the next door hotel called crown regency has sky walking, wall climbing and other recreational activities. And after giving all your adrenaline and feeling hungry you may go ahead to their buffet.
Amy, the owner and her staff staff Patricia was excellent in proving us information needed during our stay.
It was indeed a luxurious stay!
WILL ABSOLUTELY STAY AGAIN :)

Awesome Condotel
We had an awesome stay at this condotel. The owner and her staffs are very approachable and accomodating. They made all my requests about the surprise birthday party for my wife flawlessly. They've decorated our hotel room beautifully and me and my were so impressed. Although we had a minor problem during our stay, but they were able to fix it right away. The place is very relaxing and it has a nice view of the city. Morever, you don't have to worry about anything because the condotel has everything you need. Overall, we had an awesome stay and we will definitely book this condotel again. I highly recommend it.

Good Stay
Apartment is in a central location to Nightlife. Great View from Penthouse balcony. Floor to Glass windows let's you enjoy view from inside as well

The best penthouse unit in Cebu
We had a great time at Amy's place. Everything was as described in the website. The unit was very clean and modern with a big terrace. 27th floor provide astonishing view of Cebu. We have been provided plenty of towels and full amenities in bathroom and kitchen. Great location, clean and modern place, great kitchen, awesome view, and most of all prompt response to all our questions. We immediately felt comfortable and the guide book inside the unit was very helpful. The building complex has restaurants on site and other places are withing working distance. There are a big area with bars and restaurants if you up to for a night out. Amy arranged a pickup at the airport for a extra fee so we got true 5 star experience all the way. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day!

About the neighborhood
This apartment is in Fuente Tower 3 Building. It is centrally located in midtown Cebu. A few minute walk to the Robinsons Mall, to Fuente Park, banks, is also about 5minute walk to the Mango square where you have selections of bars and restaurants. The building is adjacent and connected via bridge skywalk to the famous Crown Regency Hotel. The top 38th of the hotel tower feature an amusement facility which includes a roller coaster(only one in the country) that runs around the edge of the building, and a stroll around the edge of the building with the protection of safety harnesses.
Getting around
The unit comes with a parking space within the building located in level 5. If you have a car, Its perfect! However, this is subject to prior arrangement. Let us know ahead of time if you will be having a car. Taxis are abundant and plowing 24 hours. You can just request the receptionist for a taxi by just calling from the intercom inside the unit and the taxi will be waiting for you downstairs. The apartment is also centrally located in midtown Cebu. It is 5minute walk to major establishments, to Fuente Park, Robinsons mall, to Mango square where you have variety of choices of bars and restaurants and other entertainment facility. Its a best area to meet other tourists.

How to get there
The Apartment Address is : Fuente Tower 3 , Fuente Osmena Blvd Cebu City . Most taxi drivers knows where it is if you tell them you are going to Crown Regency Hotel in Osmeña Boulevard as this building is just adjacent to the hotel. There is a vehicle entrance to the lobby of the building where you will be dropped off at the entrance and be greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist and the doorman. From the airport to the Apartment depending on traffic is about 1 hour to 1,5 hour.There are airport yellow taxis just outside the international arrival area that can go for a flat fee , I think that would be no more than 500 pesos.
