Our unit is simple and tastefully decorated located in one of the best areas in Metro Manila, the Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex. It is a 1-bedroom condo unit that can sleep a maximum of 4 people. An added attraction is its balcony facing the road with a view of Manila Bay. Details are the following: 1 full bed for 2 persons 1 semi-double floor mattress for additional 2 persons 1 sofa, 1 coffee table 1 dining table with 2 chairs 1 side table 2 extra stool chairs 40" LED TV with cable wifi refrigerator microwave rice cooker electric kettle tableware bathroom with shower heater 1 table, 2 stool chairs in balcony

Good place to stay, safe area and lots of restaurant on ground floor. Except we cannot use the pools due to taal dust .
This Condo Unit is close to Solaire Casico, Mall of Asia, The new Ayala Mall, Starbucks etc. The resort type beach cannot be use due to dust from taal volcano.

About the neighborhood
Shore Residences (Shore) is located within the Mall of Asia (MOA) complex and is part of the business and entertainment hub of Pasay City. One can get a metered taxi or book a Grab ride or for the more adventurous, take the ubiquitous Manila jeep to the main shopping mall. Walking is the best option either through the Baywalk or through the streets lined by office buildings in the MOA complex. A leisurely walk will take you about 15 to 20 minutes. Going to other places of interests in the Metro is easier from Shore since it is near major roads and highways such as EDSA, Macapagal Avenue, and Roxas Boulevard., where most forms of transportation pass.
Getting around
Taxis and other ride-booking options are readily available just outside the building. A few steps down the road, buses are available going to & from Makati and BGC.

How to get there
The 4 airport terminals are just 4.4 to 4.7 kilometers away and can be reached in 15 minutes or less thru the Skyway-Naia Expressway. Taking a taxi or other ride-sharing transportation (like Grab, etc.) is most convenient.
