We are far from the hustle and bustle of the city town center. Here we enjoy Baguio breeze and contemplate mountain scenery.
Enjoy hotel comfort while staying at home!
What to love: floor to ceiling windows, cr with Italian bidet, highly secured door lock, peephole, free wifi, balcony to have lunch outside and enjoy the weather of Baguio.

Great Experience
My family and I stayed for two nights and found this one is great. Great rooms, comfortable bed that gave us a great night's sleep, and great service. we enjoyed the quietness and cleanliness. We'll definitely go back here.

Very relaxing!
Very nice place! The unit is a great place to enjoy the breeze of Baguio. Great view, especially sun set! Quiet and cozy environment. A real escape from all the stress at work and everything! We'll definitely go back and we'll surely recommend to family and friends!

Baguio Breeze
Great place to stay if you want to experience baguio's cool mountain breeze!
Antonio was very kind and he tried his best to accommodate our requests.

The perfect place to relax
My boyfriend and I came to this wonderful place, the apartment was very clean, cosy, with an astonishing view of the mountains.
The host is very nice and approachable.
We hope to have the chance to come back soon.

Very dissappointing
This is difficult. I don,'t like giving negative feedback!. However nice as the apartment is, there were several issues, that weren't dealt with at all well.
1. When we arrived from a very tiring 10 hour bus trip. We were met by the woman who manages the apartment as the owner was away in Europe.She was not very friendly, and instead of showing us where every thing was and how it worked. Insisted on doing an inventory of all the equipment right down to spoons!!.
2. There was in fact a saucepan missing which when we requested one as we needed to cook. She said you will have to go and buy one!!!
We did eventually get one after calling the host in Europe!!
3. A request for 1 more towel as only 3 supplied for 4 of us was met with
"So you want extra there will be a charge. Likewise asking for a second toilet roll we were told to buy our own. A reasonable request for a change of towels after 4 days was refused, even after calling the owner again. So overall service was unfriendly and very poor.
4. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a lovely view. But the location is not good. Unless you have your own transport you are left with a choice waiting for a Jepney or taxi athat are nearly always full and won't stop or with a 30 minute fume filled unpleasant walk to Bagiuo centre!!
5. I found sleeping at night was very difficult due to all the dogs barking Some solo performances and then then the whole choir. This went off and on all night.I understand there is nothing tbe host can do about this. However not sleeping marred my vacation.
6 There were other issues too which I won't go into here. All of which were not dealt with to our satisfaction.
So overall I'm afraid I cannot recommend this property.

Accogliente ospitalità, alta qualità
Ho soggiornato qui 4 notti, per visitare la città di Baguio, le vicine montagne dei Ifugao, l’arte del Bencab Museum, il woodcarvers collage.
Lo standard dell’appartamento è molto alto, ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, scrupolosa pulizia dell’appartamento, letti comodi, cucina a induzione nuova è attrezzata.
Il residence è comodo per raggiungere sia il centro città, i supermercati, il borgo dove lavorano il legno e dove si possono acquistare manufatti a prezzi vantaggiosi, il Bencab.
Consiglio una visita nella fresca Baguio e in questa struttura.
Complimenti ai gentili e disponibili proprietari.

About the neighborhood
Tranquil neighborhood, known for being a foggy place, making our place heaven like surrounded by clouds.
Two weathers. In the morning we enjoy sunny days. In the afternoon the fog shrouds homes and mountains. We wait until its gone, revealing the lights like stars of Baguio homes surrounding us.
Getting around
To avoid the traffic in town, we recommend going to:
- Woodcarvers village for nice and cheap souvenirs
- Bencab museum for arts and culture
- Tam-awan Village for Ifugao native house.

How to get there
After 2 short blocks you will find jeepneys or taxi to go to the center. The nearest grocery store (Puregold) is only 10 minutes walk from Javaresidence. Jeepney: From the Victory Line bus station, take the jeepney to Abanaw market. From the market, take the jeepney going to San Luis or San Roque. Ask the driver to drop you off at Springville Subdivision. Go straight and on the second street turn right and look for the red building. Taxi: If you are arriving from the city tell the driver to go San Luis Village Hall in Asia Road. We are located between Lourdes Grotto and San Luis Village Hall.
