The apartment is 100 m from Hawana Marina and you can see the Marina and boats and Cafés from the kitchen window. Also you get clear view of Hawana Fiesta every weekends which is also in the same hot spot of the marina which is loaded which marts and shops and restaurants. The condo lies between the Hawana Marina where weekly Fiesta is running and the Hawana lagoons.The kids play area and the mixed snd wondn pool are opposite to the condo.The lagoons are full of Mullet fish for dreaming fishermen
