Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything your family can need for a great holiday.- Jennifer has provided everything you could possibly need for your stay - from kitchen utensils to cling film ! The apartment has three gorgeous balconies that have views of the beautiful mountains, pool, and local area . ... you will get to see the sun rising each morning and it is worth getting up for !! There is plenty of room for families to relax -both the kitchen/living room and bedrooms are all spacious, with TV/Wifi to keep teenagers occupied !. We used the pool every day - it is spotless and the kids loved it ... Great location with only 5 minute walk to local supermarket , 7 minutes to the beach front and taxi/water taxis to nearby Fethiye .

This was the second time I had stayed in this gorgeous apartment. The first time I was blown away by the spacious lounge and integrated kitchen with all the amenities anyone should need. The views from the balcony are magnificent such a relaxing feel with the mountains. I swam in the pool most days it is maintained well and it was nice to have the choice of the beech or pool. Calis beech is a short 5-10 min walk, there are some lovely bars and restaurants. There is a friendly atmosphere and it’s quite easy to get to fethiye by dolmas taxi , water taxi. We loved our stay in this clean comfortable home from home apartment and will definitely be rebooking .

I was recommended this apartment by freinds who had been before so knew it would be good, but it exceeded all my expectations in every way... re quality of accommodation (modern, spacious, clean & well kitted out) but the location could not be better. I got the tranquility I needed with gorgeous mountain views & pool, whist if I wanted the social side, it was a short walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. I also used the local taxi boat to Fethiye..I'm definitely re-booking :-) x

We was due to go on holiday here in July unfortunately because of Corona virus we have had to cancel. The owner Jenifer could not have been more helpful always replying to messages would definitely want to go to this property in the future

Never having been to Turkey before, we were not sure what to expect. But from the fab transfer arrival to the same departing, we were delighted with our stay in Jenny's airy, uncomplicated, and spacious duplex that gave us individual privacy-we were a family group of 4, with 2 teenagers-but also all the togetherness we needed. It was a pleasure wandering up and down the stone/marble stairs and the 3 (2 smaller) balconies were great. The large balcony upstairs,off the main living room, that also has the kitchen,was a favourite and busy place! The beds are comfortable, and the air con is very efficient. Wi-fi Is good and the 2 large sofas in the living room are good for extra sleeping if you need it, The tv has lots of dizzying channels and extroardinary film club channel with really up to date films. And then!...that fab pool that is kept immaculately and is a pleasure to swim in. It is shared (not by many) but that just adds to its desirability. With temperatures well into the late 30s it was aways inviting. The best part of the trip was Jenny's caring advice and communication of lots of local restaurants and things to do. She was only a Whatsapp away and she gave us lots of reassuring info, including one {whole glorious day) boat trip that she recommended that was the highlight of our trip, and is not to be missed! One very new restaurant we visited is called Go-Go and it is just 6 months old, and virtually on the doorstep. We enjoyed that amongst many others.The Turkish people are genuine and welcoming.There is a lovely Turkish barber and his wife on the seafront (in front of the Hotel Gunes), and I had 2 fab Turkish shaves and my daughter had her nails done by his wife. I think they trade under the name 'Trendy', but don't be put off by that! Just lovely people. You are now instructed to close your eyes and forget all I have just said, as you might beat me to a further booking! Seriously, it has been fab!! Thank you Jenny, and Paul (of the management company). All that remains is a great feeling of "so glad we came".

This is a great apartment 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars along the promenade, the apartment has everything you need for a holiday and the owner was always available to contact while we where there, to sort any issues. We spent 2 weeks here and it was a great base for our holiday, i would certainly book this apartment again.

Loved the penthouse.Close to beach,bars & shops..People so friendly..Jennifer was happy to help with information..Met some lovely people.Hope to return next year.

Great apartment really close to the beach. very spacious with a nice swimming pool. Only issue we had in our time there was with the Wi-Fi but it seemed a lot of resteraunt and bars had similar issues. All round a great place to stay in for a great holiday.

We have had the pleasure of 4 glorious weeks in this apartment. As a family of 5 adults and 2 children we have found the apartment spacious. Well equipped and a fantastic location. A 2 min stroll to a main dolmus route, and only 5 mins from the front gates to the beach front. Joining information from the owner was fab. One thing the owner forgot to mention was the amazing view from the top terrace. Lovely clean pool and grounds, which us maintained daily. I would highly recommend a visit to Aroma beach BBQ on a Friday night (booking is essential.) The sundial (free transfers if you call them). And casa di mammas on the beach front for lovely food and good entertainment every night. If you book this apartment you will not be disappointed.

I booked this apartment as a family holiday with my wife and 2 sons. First of all the communication with Jennifer before, during and after was first class, better than a travel agent but without the cost. She gave us lots of information and organised the transfers. The apartment is in an ideal quite location but only a couple of minutes from the super market and a short 5 minute stroll to the sea front, here turn left for numerous restaurants and bars and right for local stalls and smaller eateries. We ate out every night and never had a bad meal and they were all excellent value for money. The apartment itself is massive with 2 good sized bedrooms and a master suite with its own bathroom and balcony. The other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with the double also having a balcony. There is also a shower room with toilet on the upper floor. The living room, dining room and kitchen are very large and comfortable. There is a full kitchen and dining area. The living room area has two large sofas and two arm chairs. There is a TV showing every channel you could wish for and more. There is also excellent fast reliable free internet connection. The upper floor has a superb terrace which can easily seat six and is ideal for sitting out at night or sunbathing during the day. The pool is very clean, for the week we where there we were the only ones using it. Around the pool there are sun beds that belong to the apartment so no early morning rush. This was my first time in Turkey and have never had a real desire to go but having sampled this fantastic apartment and relaxing location with all amenities and the ease of travelling to other resorts we would not hesitate to go back to this apartment
