The historic town of Fethiye is approximately 4kms from the Beach Club and the local domus (bus) stops right outside.
This was our third time back to Sunset beach in the space of 4 years, so that says a lot about how much we love the place. We needed a larger apartment this year as we were a party of six as opposed to 4 the previous times we have visited and this apartment certainly didn’t disappoint. It was extremely clean and spacious & had everything we needed for yet another perfect holiday. Before the holiday communication with the owner Punam was excellent, who responded to my questions extremely quickly. The same goes for the agents out in Turkey, Mustafa & Nadine, who were on hand to meet us at the complex and visited us to make sure everything was ok during our stay. I would certainly recommend staying here & can’t wait to return again soon.

Summer holidays
Fantastic apartment. Large and spacious. Nice and quiet, away from noise. Letting agency staff were really helpful with great communication. Very clean and airy. We would definitely return.

excellent vacation
flat well maintained and tiday.
we loved the sea - view from balcony
second floor is perfect for parents with large rooms and private bathroom.
2 other rooms are large and confortable.
Kitchen and living room are in same room and everything that you need is there.
the only drawback (to find any) is that living room may be a bit small if 6 people there.
i definitively recommand this residence and this flat.

Warm, Welcoming & Well Maintained Property
Very well maintained property will all the amenities.
Easily sleeps 6 adults.
Enjoyed the meals in the balcony over looking the swimming pool/s.
Stunning views of the sea and the magical sunsets.
Very friendly staff at the restaurant and bar in the complex

Very good location , weather fab , apartment great .
We had not been to Turkey before , but found this part to be great for a family holiday.
Sunset beach club was very clean, safe with enough nearby like the surf club with 'CHANEL' the owner being incredibly friendly.
The Dolmus buses are unbelievably often and very cheap 2 TL for anytrip , Food in restaurants was great , Boat excursions great value .
Travelled with 15 year old teenage son and Quad biking tours for £20 were great and he enjoyed .
Weather was V ery hot but breeze made it ok .
Apartment clean and had everything needed , Everything worked well and location at back of resort was quieter ....you can still get wifi from holiday lettings there but was a bit in and out with service .
All in all a great holiday and cant wait to revisit Turkey again

Just returned from a week at this apartment, stayed with husband and 2 children plus a friend and her son. Apartment was wonderful and had everything we needed, extremely clean and comfortable and in a quiet area of the complex. We spent the majority of the time in the nearest pool to the apartment which is a minute away and can be seen from the balcony. We found this pool quieter than the main pool and there was never any trouble getting sun beds - we carried the four provided by the apartment down to the pool on the first day and used them for the remainder of the holiday. It's a short walk to the beach which is gorgeous and there was always a breeze which made the temperature easier to deal with! We had a great experience with communication from the owners throughout, found them extremely helpful, providing lots of useful visa info and the transfers we booked through them were brilliant too. The property manager in resort was also wonderful and nothing was too much trouble for her, we even managed to get our iPad returned to us after leaving it behind in the apartment at the end of the holiday. Security deposit returned promptly - would not hesitate to recommend and would book again if we return to Calis in the future. Calis is beautiful and we would alsorecommend getting the water taxi over to Fetiyhe in the evening at least once... A great way to travel! Overall a fantastic holiday.

It was a calm, relaxing week.
Me, my husband, two young (2,4) children and two of our friends spent the week in this rental. It was clean and had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay. The closeness of the sea was a plus and the simitci (the guy who sells bread) were a hit with our group. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Nice place for families with kids
Very peaceful place, location is good right on the beach. Beach is half sand and closer to the water there are pebbles. Nice swimming pools but cleaning was done during the day, so it disturbs those who are relaxing and swimming there. Would be better to do everything during the night. Apartment itself is well equipped, nice barbecue on the balcony. Spa in the complex is fine as well, we had really good massage there. Supermarkets are easily accessible by car, fish market is great, 20 min by car from the complex. fish there is a bit more expensive than in the shops but it is really fresh. highly recommend the butcher on the fish market, stakes are amazing!!! and one must visit Oludeniz, it is awesome place. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

A fantastic luxury appartment just minutes away from the sea
In September 2012 myself and 5 other friends stayed at Aqua apartment for two weeks and we had a 5 month old baby with us. We had a brilliant time there, the apartment was spacious, and had all the amenities that we needed. The appliances were all brand new and the bedrooms were spacious. We spend most evenings on the balcony or at the pool bar, listening to the waves from the sea. The apartment is about a minutes walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes to Calis promenade. Or if you are a little lazy the Dolmes can take you right from in front of Sunset Beach to the promenade in minutes. A wonderful location and I would thoroughly recommend the apartment. We are going back there again this year.

excellent holiday, lovely complex and great communication from owner!!
Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need throughout your stay. comlex has the luxury of not being overcrowded but only a short walk or taxi ride into the town (approx £4). Food was nice and priced on par with the towns restraunts although we believed it to be of a better standard on site. Helpful staff and onsite doctor (my son required medical attention for a split knee).
The owner wasd a pleasure to deal with and always available at th end of a phone for any communication. We go on holiday 3 times a year and are already considering another stay!

The traditional town of Fethiye in the beautiful setting of a large sheltered bay with a backdrop of mountains is a short bus or water taxi ride. The town which dates back to the sixth century B.C. hosts a twice weekly outdoor market as well as the wonderful fish market, numerous waterside shops and restaurants, daily fishing, sightseeing and Gullet boat trips.
The main promenade at Calis beach boasts lovely views across the sea to the islands, mountains and hills in the distance. Calis beach is a relaxed and friendly resort and is especially famous for its stunning sunsets. A pedestrian boulevard lined with a variety of shops, bars and restaurants serving a wide range of cuisines are all within close proximity of Sunset Beach Club. There is a local Sunday market and local tourist agencies for organised trips, car and quad bike hire.
Trips include horse riding, boat fishing, Jeep safari, quad safari, scuba diving, paragliding and numerous watersports

Fly to Dalaman airport from most UK cities. Easyjet, Thomas Cook, Aegean, Thomson, First Choice, Monarch and Turkish Airlines (try Skyscanners, Holidaysupermarket). Only 40 min transfer.
Luxury transfers and car hire can be arranged if required.
Calis Beach has superb public transport - domus (local bus) or taxi to Fethiye and all nearby towns. A car is not required to enjoy this fabulous resort and surrounding areas.
