This apartment is to be found in a unique country setting near Side in Turkey, with magnificent views of the Taurus Mountains and distant sea views.It is surround by unspoilt countryside but only 5 minutes from the resort of Side and Kumkoy, with lively restaurants,bars and excellent beaches.The apartment is a quality built dwelling on a luxurious residential complex, with delightful well tended gardens, swimming pools and leisure facilities.
The apartment consists of an open plan kitchen and lounge area, a double bedroom with on suite shower and toilet, a twin bedroom, a family bathroom with walk in shower. There are three balconies, one for each bedroom and a large balcony from the lounge area with Table and seating for 4, ( there are additional chairs for another 2 guests.)

Fantastic apartment
A perfect holiday home - very clean, tidy and peaceful. Perfect double bed and found no faults with anything. Apartment with beautiful gardens, large swimming pool and gym. Set in a quiet area and for those who wanted a lively atmosphere there was a free bus service into town and to the beach

First holiday in Turkey
We had a lovely stay at the Spring 2 Apartment Complex. The apartment was well equipped for all our needs, it was lovely and clean and very spacious. We had excellent views across to the Mountains. The complex was very nice and kept very clean and tidy. The Restaurant served excellent food at a good price so eating out was a must. Alcohol was expensive so Duty Free came in very handy. The complex is in a lovely quite area but you are able to walk to the nearby shops for your essential shopping. There is a free air conditioned bus which goes at regular times to various places around including the popular tourist place of Side, this came in very handy. The local bus is also very good which is only a short walk away. The drivers are all very nice and helpful and will always stop and pick you up on route, so don't be afraid to use them. If all transport has stopped and you want a late night out Taxis are always available. Our holiday was in May so a lovely time of the year. The weather was excellent and the complex very quite. A very enjoyable holiday for our first time in Turkey looking forward to going again next year.

About the neighborhood
Ilica is a small village but has nice walks a local covered Market area once a week with fresh produce and other items. There are a few cafes and supermarkets within walking distance or very short drive. You can get everything you need locally.
Venture a little further to Kumkoy or Side for a lot more restaurants , places of interest ,beaches and touristic shops, all of which can be reached easily by taxi within 10-15 minutes.
Nova mall is a short car drive away with free parking and array of shops and food outlets this is a covered shopping centre with air conditioning if you want to get away from the heat.
A trip to Manavgat should not be missed where there are big Markets and many more shops selling everything.
Getting around
If you like to explore a lot then I recommend renting a car but otherwise nearby places can be reached by Taxi and bus ( Dolmus)
Within walking distance there is a local Market ( presently on Tuesdays) selling fresh produce and other items. Also close by there is more supermarkets, Chemist, Butchers and Pattiserie/ coffee shop.

The Airport is approximately 60 km away by car it is possible to get there by coach that would drop you near ILICA Koy and take a taxi but transfers from the airport are better for a door to door service.
